Dr. Graceffo is a straight shooter who clearly wants his patients to have happy and healthy lives. He’s charming and intelligent, and has a very dry sense of humor, all of which he has used during my visits with him to help me not be defensive.I have a history of “white coat syndrome”— my blood pressure invariably goes up when I am in care offices. It’s wonderful when your own care giver can assuage your fears, and let you know that the sky is not falling.

The only issue was the wait time. My appointment was for 11:30 and I didn’t see the doctor until 12:45.

I found the staff and my doctor to be polite and knowledgeable. It seemed to act like a well oiled machine. It did take quite awhile to accomplish all that was prudent and necessary. I have high confidence in information that was gathered and transmitted.

From my first contact checking in, the people in the office were very congenial and helpful. My wait to see the doctor. He was personable and kind. He recognized that some of the things he saw were difficult for me to hear and hastened to reassure me. He also carefully answered all of my questions.

The experience was good just snowing that my heart has someone looking over it. I know I have several other visits to make to evaluate my heart completely, need to set up an appointment.

A great visit. The Doctor is friendly and realistic. I had the option of coming back next year or going back to my regular doctor and coming back to Heart Place when needed. I chose to come back to Heart Place.
