Todd Daniels's Online Review Report Card

I believe everyone in this front office and insurance dept are illiterate. I called because the provider was listed as in network and the office said they were not in network, which I knew wasn’t correct because I had the network verify the contract and then they call the office and speak to someone and was told they were in network only to be told once he merged me in that they were not in network again. The front office people are so incompetent here.

Dr. Daniels is a very skilled and empathetic physician. He explained where my pain stemmed from and the best option to control my pain. The procedure went smoothly and now I'm looking forward to a pain free lifestyle.

Dr.Daniels is great. He always seems to find the exact spot to relieve pain. With his help, I feel mobile.

Dr. Daniels has helped me on and off for years get through pain keeping me from being 100%. Obviously everyone has different needs but I don’t want prescriptions and I don’t want to be told “just stop doing what makes it hurt”. I like to lift, be active, and realize I’m not getting younger each day. Nevertheless I don’t want to be in more pain than is required to do what I want to do. He most importantly listens, works with you to find a realistic plan to alleviate the pain, and (for me) has both found the trigger points generating the pain and gave me a steroid injection to knock it down on the first try-every time I’ve seen him. I’m busy-but not too busy to show my appreciation by recommending Dr Daniels. FYI-On his website he has a mullet but he doesn’t have it anymore so just look past that!

All around great experience!! Dr Daniels was able to identify the issue with my rotator cuff. He explained all the steps in his diagnosis and suggested course of treatment. I was also very impressed with his office staff. Each one was nice and professional. His office can provide multiple services under one roof!

Overall great experience from the moment I walked in. Dr. Daniels explained the problem and describe short and long term and recommended treatment. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE !!!! Strongly recommend Dr. Daniels.

Unwilling to help with workers comp even though he and his office supposedly work with workers Comp insurance. Instead he will wait over a month and fail to comply with workers comp insurance , then his office won’t bother calling to inform you and after you call them multiple times since they won’t call you back , he passes you off to another Doctor at a different facility whom he does not know. He did not care about the pain I’m in or he would have either acted and been responsible and deal with workers comp like he says he does or acted more swiftly in trying to further the process so that a person in pain would be able to get help. He and his staff should be ashamed of doing this to a person

I have the utmost trust and respect For Dr. Todd Daniels . He has taken care of all of my Orthopedic needs for years. He and his staff conduct themselves In a totally professional manner. His knowledge and expertise in This field is remarkable. He has always answered any and all Of my questions concerning my Health care and put my mind At ease. I have had considerable back Pain from an injury and Dr. Daniels has successfully done Several epidural injections On my back at Baylor Hospital That have eased my pain Effectively each time . I am so grateful to have Dr. Todd Daniels as my physician And will gladly refer him to my Family and friends looking For a well qualified physician.

I would recommend Dr. Todd Daniels, MD. to my family and friends, I trust DR. Daniels and his staff with all my orthopedic needs. I have been going to DR. Daniels for years, and the Orthopedic group, and his staff are very professional, and compassionate with their patients. I know you can go bent over with pain and you will be taken care of. I don't think, on this Earth you could be in better hands.

Doctor Todd Daniels and his staff in the office (especially Nurse Tracey) and at Baylor Orthopedic & Spine Hospital are always very efficient and friendly and make me to feel very relaxed.. I really appreciate them all.
