Terrible customer service. Ofelia was so unprofessional and lied to a customers face about being able to take a patient. (During business hours) Banner Urgent was my preferred insurance urgent care and the front office staff stated the provider Natalie Vasquez was “done” for the day, although I arrived during business hours. Minor child needed to be seen and was declined service. Once I brought it to their attention I was going to file a complaint due to inadequate information they were super pleasant and wanted to help. Just pick a different location or just go to the ER.

I was feeling very sick, I work nights and woke feeling worse. I walked into the office and the front desk Admin. Assistant was very nice and pleasant, as well as the Tech and the PA. I filled out short painless forms, got called back to be checked and that took about an hour or less. I am very satisfied with my services today.

I don’t remember the woman I saw but she was a beautiful pregnant lady. She was so understanding and helpful. Validated the pain I’m in and had a solution. The front desk lady could’ve been more friendly but still had a great experience. Thanks again ❤️

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and calming. Diana A. Houle, PA was extremely thorough, caring and explained my situation in an easy-to-understand way. She also was patient and answered all of my questions. Her prognosis was right on the mark too!! I am so grateful to her and the entire team for resolving my issue quickly while I was on vacation and far away from home. They are the best!!

Was a great visit from the the receptionist to the provider. And the techs in-between. All were helpful and friendly, from start to end. I would definitely return to this place again if it's not a emergency. Great staff!
