I called his office and waited on hold for over 20 minutes. I informed them I have congenital hip dysplasia. My left hip is grinding and I am having trouble walking. Also, informed them I have had previous total right hip surgery. She told me I need images and my previous hip surgery records( even though it was on right hip not left). She stated he needed to review my case before she could even schedule an appointment. I told her my previous surgery was over 19 years ago(on my right hip) and not sure the surgeon is even in practice anymore. Well I guess he has enough patients that he doesn't care or need new ones. I've never been treated with such an uncaring manner. It is very disappointing that medical care is so bad these days.

Again, I will recommend Dr. Miller to anyone who speaks to me about needing to see an orthopedic surgeon. He is always very friendly and makes you feel at ease.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this visit. Front office staff was courteous professional and expedient. Entire environment was squeaky clean. The medical student who assessed me initially was kind and respectful. Dr. Miller was fantastic. He was friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and reassuring. I did not feel rushed or like a number. He really listened carefully to my concerns and crafted a conservative but effective initial treatment plan. And he did it with dignity . Highly recommend.
