Helpful and nice. But feel they should be more aware of most major free service offered in Maricopa County. Not just within their facilities. No county pamphlet to provide with services offered and with contacts. Was seeking info for my elderly parents.

Just had a phone visit with my grandmother with Bridget,NP. We love her! My grandmother is fragile and not very mobile and she has been very accommodating ecspecially when she is sick like today. She is even sending Labs and Xray to the house to ensure her cough isn't fluid in lungs. My grandmother has been visiting her 2 years and I've always escorted her. But bridget was so great I transfered my care to her this last year and now last week I made my husband go visit her to just get a long overdue checkup! All good experiences and we all have commercial insurance so you dont only have to be on acchsss or whatever to visit. People think public hospitals only take low income/acchss and that inst true! She has been better than any of the Banner doctors I've seen! Keep her happy Valleywise id be really sad if she left!

Worst experience!!! Appnt for both my husband and myself for WELLNESS HEALTH and received a bill for over 800.00, mind you "WELLNESS HEALTH" is a yearly preventive check-up.. We contacted our Insurance and was advice the Valleywise submit the claim as DIAGNOSTIC.. Im not a medical expert but how the heck do you diagnose someone for seen them the first time. My Insurance advice to contact them which I did several times via phone call & email and nothing has been done.. Bill has been paid .. However, I will never go to this hospital and will not RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY!!!!!
