Dr. Vaidya and her whole team were amazingly kind and helpful every step of the way. She made very thoughtful recommendations and always took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely encourage family and friends that needed to see a surgeon to Dr. Vaidya and the team at Ironwood Women's Center.

I have no issue with the care received here but everyone needs to note that Ironwood takes full payment upfront for services even if you have medical insurance and then takes more than six months to refund your money after they've been reimbursed by insurance. I even called to make sure I was getting my money back and it took them four months to cut the check.

My only complaint is their communication. They have no direct line to talk to anyone upfront for scheduling it’s like their phones are automated to go to a voicemail then they respond back to you a day later. Horrible. My advice to you is to press the 3rd option saying you’re a physicians assistant and they answer right away then they can transfer you to front office scheduling.

On my 1st visit they told me I had stage 3 are 4: cancer only had a short time to live. Then I realized that they had the wrong David Moore. What a mind blower. Took weeks to get a cat scan done because they wouldn't take off my records that I had cancerwhich I Did Not. They keep sending messages and emails to my wife's phone and email I've called them and talked to them 3 different times to have that taken off and put my correct email and phone number on .today they did the same thing I had an appointment at 11:45 till noon for a telecomference still haven't heard a word. I could go on but I don't have the time I'm still waiting for them to call everybody have a blessed day and stairway and stairway from arnwood cancer center today is my last visit I'm picking up my records.

Everything is fine until you need to talk to someone and get questions answered. Both at avondale and Glendale offices.

Dr. Sarencini is the best. She came highly recommended by a nurse practicioner who cared for me in the hospital. I couldn't agree more.

My mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June and her primary care doctor suggested going to Ironwood. The care we received from Dr. Rajesh Bagai, Amber Berleen, and their staff was exemplary. Dr. Bagai always provided information based on a wealth of knowledge, and responded in a timely manner. He got my mom scheduled for next day appointments to get her port and to have her biopsy done. He responded to my after hours calls quickly. Amber responded to my questions in writing (since visitors are restricted due to Covid) and she was very caring and listened and acted on my concerns.
