Dr Jennifer Maitra is an excellent doctor who really cares about her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable and works together with me to find solutions to my health challenges. She is patient and very reliable. When I ask her for referrals, she sends them in a timely manner. I feel like I’m in good hands and that she has my back. That’s a great feeling!!

Dr Maitra is an excellent doctor. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable and very reliable. I especially like that we have a collaborative relationship—that we partner together to ensure that I get the best care, and that I am comfortable with the path ahead. When I ask her to do things like provide a referral, send my lab work to a specialist and/or call in a new RX, she always does. The staff is very professional and responds to my emails via the portal. I am proud to recommend Dr Jennifer Maitra from Village Medical.

I absolutely love Dr. Maitra. Sadly, I live in NYC and can only see her when I'm in AZ, but she is the best doctor I've been to (and I've been to a lot at this point). I was shocked to see that she had any negative reviews at all. She's so compassionate and kind, and she takes time to run through everything with me, even when I have an annoyingly long list of complaints. She also gets back to me quickly on our online portal, which I really appreciate. I've spent the past month complaining that I can't seem to find a good doctor like her, so I guess it'll just be another excuse to come to AZ once a year! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Love Dr. Jennifer Maitra! She is compassionate and funny. She listenened to me and we formed a plan.

I only went to Dr Maitra because my doctor left the practice. I had to sit in the examining room for over an hour waiting for her. She is not a warm person. She ordered unnecessary tests and did not tell me insurance would not cover them. When I called to make a follow up appointment, I asked if the wait time is always long. They told me it was. I am not going back.

Worst doctor I’ve been to; far to many complains to write a novel on a review. Stay away from her and her office staff! No organization or bed side manager. This doctor personal life comes before any patient.
