Dr Mathew is a doctor that I would not recommend seeng. This place is ridiculous they call over the phone and call ask you about everything but your current issue. He is not very compassionate and is really rude. When he doesn't really want to hear your symptoms and rushes you off the phone. He really didn't want to hear about all the symptoms I was having at the time. I tried to explain to him about the nasty taste in my mouth but would not listen to my issue at all . I was on the phone for about minutes . Do not go here. The doctor is very unkind and explained to me about my diet when I was sent there for and infectious disease consult. If it was something else other than what I was referred there for then he should of told me what to ask my primary care doctor for but no he wanted to rush me off the phone.

Definitely would not recommend this place. Had been referred to them from my doctor. Was seen once then could not get a response from them. I was just ignored. Maybe I will file a grievance with my insurance company.

Absolutely do not recommend. A STAT referral was sent over from my doctors on a Monday. Tuesday I called to set up an appointment. The receptionist was very unpleasant. She advised me that the doctor has to look over my file first to see if any other additional information is needed from my provider (ok, that’s fine.) I then asked “around how long would that take?” As I really needed to get in to see a doctor. She responded with, “well, what’s your insurance?” What does the kind of insurance I have have to do with how long the doctor is going to take to look through my file? Her response made me seek treatment elsewhere.

My 86 year old mother had a hospital stay and one of these Metro Center for Health consultants came into her room. Of course my mother did not know better and spoke with this consultant. My mother has no medical insurance and coming to find out with a bill later that each minute talking with this consultant cost her $100! Insane!Just another way of these companies taking advantage of the elderly and then being money hungry only.I called at least 7-8 times, but you can NEVER talk with the billing dept. A woman‘s voice just tells you how terribly busy she is and for you to leave a message and that she will call you back. Yeah right! It’s been 4 months with no call back.I also send a written notification asking for her bill to be reduced, no response back either.Now, my mom’s bill has been turned over to a collection agency and she is stuck with it.I will report this company and it’s bad business practices and extortion of the elderly to the Better Business Bureau.Make sure you ask beforehand if one of their consultants comes by your hospital bed on how much they will bill you and refuse them right away.We never asked for their service.
