Easy to set an appointment that was convenient for me as well as being able to get in to see Laurie quickly! Staff was friendly and check in was simple. Didn’t have a long wait and felt like I was in and out in no time! Thanks for your excellent service!

Everything was good until Kathryn S. the “PA-C” came in to analyze my infection. Told her about my history with the infection, and I feel she did not take me serious at all (especially the tone and speed of her voice) I felt I was nice and coherent with her but still seemed to be just another day at work for her. I’m concerned that she treats every patient like that, with no urgency or respect. I’m leaving here with no sense of relief, going elsewhere.Edit: I wanna specifically note when she applied pressure to my infected area, she instantaneously claimed that I only felt it this way and not the other. Kathryn, I felt all the pressure from every angle and I told her that nicely. She insisted it was skin irritation (not so nicely) I asked about the cause, with no clear answer. I’m just upset on how unprofessionally I was treated.

Very nice staff and helpful, they really listened to me and not just had me in and tossed me out with some fast response. I have been dealing with something for over a week and was very frustrated to the point of tears because I couldn’t get anyone to listen and help me. The staff was very caring and willing to help.

DON'T COME HERE FOR SCORPION STINGS! MADE MY MOM SUFFER IN A ROOM BY HERSELF AND TOOK HER ICE! I HOPE THAT DOCTOR GET STUNG IN SENSITIVE AREAS AND WE'LL SEE IF HE'S OKAY SUFFERING ALONE WITHOUT ICE OR ANY PAIN KILLERS!!

I called this place and did not answer after 15 minutes. I show up in person, there’s 3 girls in the front doing nothing but chatting. Never answered the phone. Wasted time and gas while in pain for nothing. AND don’t do X-rays while their website shows they do.
