After scheduling an appointment weeks ago, discovered appointments are useless, and there would be an hour wait, then was informed x-ray machine was down. As I was leaving thought I would make sure all was in order, discovered Simon Med had not received doctor’s order.

The people running the reception were disinterested at best and verging on annoyed that a patient with an appointment tment deigned to arrive and trouble them by signing in. Not just me either. I witnessed this for several other patients as well.Once I was called back everything was great and very professional, thus the three stars.
