Just started with Dr Maitra, he is extremely thorough and listens very carefully.

I have been dealing with a persistent double ear infection and had been treated by various doctors and/or nurse practitioners over the past month and a half prior to finding Dr. Maitra. My appointment was a tele-health visit and while there were a few connectivity issues (got to love technology when it works, right?), Dr. Maitra was a breath of fresh air. He listened. I was seeking a referral to an ENT (Ear, Nose, & Throat), but in addition to that Dr. Maitra prescribed a different family of antibiotics for me to try. I have a host of allergies and am restricted in what I can take. UPDATE: This is the most relief I have felt in nearly 2 months! Referring back to the aforementioned connectivity issues... Our session was cut short and we were unable to reconnect via the tele-health platform. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I received a follow-up phone call from his office inquiring if any of my prescribed medications required refills. They most certainly did! I feel lucky to have found such a thorough primary care physician. Thank you, Dr. Maitra!

Terrible doctor! Needed diabetic medications for the last four days. Called and called no response. When we finally got someone on the phone they refused to call the meds in. I am a transplant patient and need to closely monitor my levels. They said you need to wait until next week so you can meet with him. Just don’t go. They are only worried about getting paid no concern for his patients!

Dr. Maitra is at best ok, his office is a nightmare. I had to find another doctor, they are bad. They have the worst front office I’ve ever had to deal with ever. Complete disorganization with no management. I hope they can turn it around but until then I’ve got health issues that need to be addressed. My mother and father in-law left for the same reason.

I never thought a doctor could be so cold hearted as this so called doctor. I had two of my kids with me when I had to take my son was in for some routine shots when all of a sudden my five year old ( not the one that was there for shots) started shaking and throwing up while the doctor was in the room with us, The doctor refused to see him because we hadn’t paid to see my five year old, I was begging for them to just make sure he was ok and I would pay once he stopped shaking uncontrollably, they finally where willing to check his temperature and it was at 103 and said if we wanted to wait an hour he MIGHT see him. After it was all said and done we had to take him to children’s hospital where he was there for a week. He had a blood infection that required a blood transfusion and a lot of medication. So please please please stay away from this place.

This place just had me on hold for 37 minutes, my husband was seen by Dr. Maitra 1 month ago and was told he would get a call from neuro and a call to schedule an MRI ive calles 3x and have yet to get an answer from them i will be taking my self and my family out of this clinic!!! Very disappointed with their service!!!!
