The place is filthy, the staff is rude and lazy and not informative and the doctors can’t treat anything here apparently.

Mi esposo se sentia mal y lo lleve a este hospital por que esta cerca de la casa estuvo 6 horas y mientras la doctora lo verifico le dijo mejor no seguir buscando para no encontrar nada ni si quiera le resolvieron el problema y tuvo q pagar 250.00 dolares por nada lo califico un 0

I'd give less than one star if I could. I understand that our health care system is strained and workers are over worked. However, after two separate attempts to be seen, I never saw a doctor. Over 3 hours wait the first time and almost 4 hours the 2nd time, you better be bleeding out or literally dying before trying to be seen there. Doctors talking about vacation time and time off plans is apparently more important than seeing someone with severe burns that cannot miss work for fear of being terminated. If you go here, yes, they are polite, facility fairly clean, but don't expect to be seen as a priority.

I dont recommend this place at all!! I sat down for 3 hrs up front cause i had a strong back pain. After the 3hrs they put me in a room and the doctor never came to see me and the assistant just came and check me and said i will just give u ibproben and than they discharge me . I would of stayed home. :/

Don't go here they said that my daughter was lazy and it turns out that she had strep throat but sleepiness is a sign / symptom of strep throat

This hospital is right around the corner from my house so it is easy to get to and that is a great thing. I went in today at 2 am for eye pain from having something in it. I sat in the room for almost 2 hours without a doctor or nurse coming in to help me. This isn't the first time it has happened either. You will have better care and faster care at an urgent care. Worst hospital that I have ever been too. I will never recommend this hospital to anybody.

Abrazo the hospital/Emergency room is a joke. If you want to be quoted $500 for a Rabies vaccine and end up being charged $5k to sit in a waiting room for 5-6 hours ( was the first one to be up next), to be brought back to a separate waiting room (because they still didn’t have a open room after 6 hours) to get the vaccine in a dark corner with lights off to be shoved out the door 5 minutes later. I disputed it but nothing came of it because my medical records said I was “well taking care of”. My itemized list literally statesEmergency Room: $2500 (when I was in a waiting room the whole time).Pharmacy: $2500 (when I paid less that 1k for all three vaccines back in 2017 for school)The dispute team said the $500 quote was just an estimate does not always mean I was going to get it for that price. I’m sorry, but if I quoted my client/patient $500 and charged them 10x the price they would be livid!I was told I can file a dispute on my medical records if I wanted to but when I called the number they provided . They had no clue what I was talking about and when I talked to the supervisor I got hung up on.My dads ER visit to Diginty Health (would have gone there if I knew the estimate was not correct). He had a ct scan, radiographs, ultrasound, morphine, fluids, ACTUALLY had a ROOM it total he was charged was $7k which is more reasonable then my bill with ABRAZO. Just saying.

They took forever to admit a pregnant lady surrounded by Covid carrying people and even gave people rooms that came after us ! Very dirty rooms, very rude people, and very overall lazy staff ! Don’t come here if u need actual help u won’t get it here

Absolutely top-notch from Triage to discharge!Dr. Brian Dursteler is BRILLIANT and has such a pleasant presentation when explaining the plan of care. My nurse, Mary, and the x-ray tech, also named Mary, were 100% perfect in giving me the appropriate diagnostic exam and then starting the treatment!Every staff member I saw was smiling! That says so much when you are coming into an emergency room with a serious problem!
