Our third visit here. It is clean, efficient and the staff is extraordinarily caring and pleasant! I make an appointment online and never have a wait. I highly recommend this facility.

To long of a wait. They went out of order which made the wait longer. Also the Dr's professionalism was terrible. Will never go there again.

Loved our visit tonight. We were there for a sports physical. Just love the staff. We have always had a wonderful visit with all of my kids. Sick or just a call visit.

My 12 year old son was sick and his doctor on base did not have any slots. We were seen at this facility and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly (the only reason why I gave 2 stars) I wish the provider had the same mannerisms. The provider lack bed side mannerisms and empathy! The provider came into the room with a stern presence and began asking my son questions on his health. He lacked the empathy and started asking him if he likes school. The tone set was not a concerned provider, it was an assumption of my son “lying” about his health. He checked his ears, mouth and stomach and informed us to go to the ER because he think he has a virus. However, my son was there for a sore throat and stomach pain. The provider did not suggest to doing a strep nor covid test. The provider shrugged his shoulders as he could not help us. He informed us that we should get a scan on his stomach because he “thinks” my son has a virus. We waited a long time for us to be seen at urgent care and then the ER wait was longer. This was the worst experience I have ever had! Thankfully we arrived to Abrazo Er (down the street) and they have real providers with great bed side manners that are willing to run test than rushing to expose my son to radiation. All of the staff members at the Abrazo ER were awesome.
