Kristina Rodriguez's Online Review Report Card

Amazing Dr and staff! I had a very positive experience at Dr Rodriguez's office. She is very honest and the work she does is done carefully. The office was very clean and took all covid precautions.

If this is the dentist upstairs, then don't even bother. Ladies were complete a-holes and my teeth got messed up. There's a better, more professional dentist downstairs on the bottom floor and they accept the same insurance I believe.

Absolutely horrible.....staff is very rude and inconsiderate. Today is August 7th wanted to give me appointment till mid September. I asked for emergency appointment my 75 year old mother is in pain. Her reply was that people always wait until they are in pain. There's nothing she can do. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I am changing dentist immediately! I called and the person that answered spoke and understood very little English told me to come in and when I got there that's not what she said. How am I to know that when you have someone with poor communication skills answering the phone. The receptionist then told me I don't know why your upset we didn't break your filling. I am beyond over this dentist and her unprofessional staff. I immediately went to a drug store and purchased a temporary filling until I can find a new dentist.

I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Rodriguez. Since my first visit a few years ago, my visits to the dentist office have turned into a pleasant experience!Not only that Dr. Rodriguez is a true professional and it shows when after a delicate procedure, no pain killers are needed at all, but also she turns to be a friend and interested in having a conversation before and after any procedure. I have recommended Dr Rodriguez to friends and family and their experience with her was equal in terms of the level of professionalism and friendliness. I would recommend Dr. Rodriguez in a heart beat.

Worst dentist ever!!!!!!!! If I could submit this review without a star I would but unfortunately I have to click a star. Rodriguez was an awful person and not friendly at all. She does not greet her patients!! I went in for a wisdom tooth removal and came out with a cut next to my lip. While she was extracting my tooth, I told her that she was hurting my lip and her response was "Something has to hurt!" That's no way to respond to your patient when they feel uncomfortable. I felt as if I was an animal because that's how she was treating me. Also, she has no respect for her employees. The woman that was her assistant was a nice and pleasant person. While I was laying on the chair, the dentist Christina Rodriguez was disrespecting her right in front of me. Christina Rodriguez was extremely unprofessional and when I was done she didn't even say have a good day or anything, she just stormed out of that room. If you ask me, when you have a new patient you want them to come back and be a long term patient but she didn't even seem to care. She didn't even ask me if I wanted to come back to remove my other tooth, she simply told her receptionist to book me again in 15 days. I'm never going back!!!

Friendly staff! Feels like a second home now lol
