Hector was the name of the gentleman who did my scan and he was very professional and very helpful with any questions I had. And on top of that he was very kind and gentle as to not give me any more pain than possible. I wanna give a big shout out to Hector he made my experience go very well.
Nice office, never a problem with the technicians performing the images but the front office is another story. I've been here several times and there is no consistency at all with the front office staff regarding payment due. Non-caring, rude from the get go. Can't say much good about Aurora. Very dismissive when asked questions.
Muy mala atención por lo menos en la oficina de Buckeye, esperas muy largas mi madre tenía cita y le dijeron que no que si quería el servicio tendría que esperar de 4a5 hrs 🤨
The website says CHEST X-RAYS are WALK IN, but then it gives you the option of scheduling an appointment online.I received both a text message and email confirming the appointment. My appointment was at 8:50am. When I arrived I was told it would be a 90 minute wait. I gave the receptionist my confirmation email. Her response was X-RAYS are walk in. I asked her why the website scheduled me an appointment?NO response. I have been sitting here for over an hour. This is not acceptable.I will let my PCP know there policy.
Extremely long wait time even with a scheduled appointment. Unprofessional front desk staff. I’ve had much better experiences with the Goodyear location.
Was very disappointed this time. Had to wait 3 hours for an ex ray. They say you don’t need an appointment for an ex ray but I kept getting bumped to the bottom of the list. People would come in an hour after I’d been sitting there and they’d take them back right away. So if you have another procedure scheduled along with an ex ray you get priority. I should have been put in the que and brought back accordingly. It was my day off and waisted it waiting there. Because of work I couldn’t come back another day. So if you need just an ex Ray better make an appointment. Very bad system they have. Also, their on line scheduling is horrible, and I’m pretty good on the computer.
Husband had to get an X-ray and though he made an appointment it’s still a walk-in process. He waited 4 hours with less than 3 people in the waiting room. The front desk staff is extremely rude. Worst customer service we ever experienced.
Awesome staff.
The time I had to wait was bad. I had to wait over 1and1/2 hours and I had an appointment.
I made four different appointments within 3 months because I needed a mammogram and They canceled all four appointments. First two due to the proper physicians not being available, the next due to staff not being available, and the third due to the appointment not being scheduled properly. That is not my problem. YOUR company schedules appointments, not me. This company is the laziest and most unprofessional medical imaging company I've ever encountered. Avoid at all costs. I may have breast cancer and because of their shoddy and lazy employees, they've put me back three months. There is no excuse in the world that can make that ok. I made appointments at Litchfield and Watson locations. They're behavior is disgusting. Use Banner Imaging, they are professional. SimonMed should be ashamed of their policies as a company. They do not care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
