This place is very difficult to communicate with I start having side effects from medication citalopram .I start getting sick headaches daily Ashley didn't want to help me because I muslim she tried to give me some medication For allergy they now that I'm sick. Mentally I have trauma and ptsd Ashley didn't want to change my medication if something happened to me is to blame Ashley .they think that I'm lying I'm not lying I'm sick mentally

They called and to cancel my appointment 20 min before the appointment after the had rescheduled it already 2 times. I have 10 time and left 3 voice mails and still will not answer.

Let me start by saying I love my therapist but it’s so hard to communicate with anyone else. For about 2 months I have been trying to send some records from SWBH to my surgeon but I always get the same answer we are working on expediting it. Now I have to reschedule my surgery once again due to this issue. This is so frustrating and sets me back once again. Why does it take 30+ days for something to be faxed to a provider. I can’t believe i am getting triggered by a behavioral health clinic

SMI team……what SMI team do they have one! No one there to help, no returns calls just excuses. I have left them come back gave them a second chance and all they care about is getting more people in the door instead of taking care of the ones they have. People need help, not ignored and lied to. So I am done. Run from this place, it’s a joke. Unless your illness is a joke. Then you’ll fit right in.

I have only been to the office one time. All my visits have been through Web-X. It’s difficult trying to get an appointment because nobody answers the phone at the front desk. I usually text or email My doctor and they call me to make the appointment. They know there are issues with the office staff. I won’t stay on hold longer than 20 minutes, then I hang up.

And when a person comments on here it says the same answer to there comment from this place so sad instead of helping the people whom seek help make it so difficult I will for sure not even waste my time coming here

I’ve been going to Southwest Behavioral for almost a year now and they’ve helped me so much. The staff is very nice and definitely get you taken care of.

They used to be an excellent source for mental health. However, recently this has changed. When you are a business which provides services of this type, leaving your patients stranded is not a good quality. It took 16 phone calls and the online portal just to reach anyone at the front desk. Anxiety disorder? Yes. Made worse by the hoops I had to jump through to even talk to anyone? Definitely!

I have had four case managers and 6 months there is little to none organization with the case managers this area needs lots of help I am SMI and I need a good case manager
