MRI tech was fine. Wait time wasn’t. Instructed to get there at 10:30 to check in. Waited until 11:15 to ask receptionist what my status was. Was curtly informed my appointment was for 10:45 and I’d be called soon, which I was. I just don’t think waiting 45 mins+ is acceptable. Far better than Simon Med however. They’re a complete horror story all of their own.

Was in for my annual mammogram. Professional n explained everything . A++ service. The rug in the waiting room needs to be secured to the ground as it is curling up on the corner I tripped on. A patient placed the legs of her chair to secure it
