I would have to say one of the best places I've been to since I been living here I have mara Carson as my primary care Dr and she's same age as me and she's such an amazing person always making sure my health is good always on me about taking my medicine and the front desk ladies are really nice to and the pediatrician place here is pretty good as well. ❤️

Front desk receptionist are very unfriendly except one.

Dr. Moon is wonderful! I've been trying to find a decent doctor for the past 3 years in casa grande and i finally found one!

Nothing more than a patient factory. The front desk staff is completely unorganized and rude most of the time. Once you go to the back there is music blasting and you can hear what sounds like high school gossip. You won't actually see a doctor but a PA or NP that probably won't be there long enough to even form a rapport. There is no feeling that the staff cares about you at all the just want your money. The absolute worst medical office I've ever been to.

Fast Friendly Staff

The people that work here have bad attitudes. In the doctors there are not real doctors they're just PAs and constantly move on out to other offices and you need real doctors here and they don't have them so I decided to go somewhere else, plus the bad attitude they have I didn't like it at all. And the staff is very unprofessional and rude.

Doctors are great. Recptionists are great. The people who answer phones, do referrals, or anything else are rude and never answering the phone or returning messages. I gave them all the information for a referral i needed them to send, and they still managed to send it to the wrong place. I called to correct it, and three days later of multiple calls a day, i still cant get them on the phone. Ever since Optima took over, the phones never work, and I have to call multiple times to get things done. So over this unorganized and unprofessional office.

staff is helpful and nice they've unfortunately changed their scheduling and it is very difficult to schedule an appointment now. basically, it seems like the only way to schedule an appointment is to go through an automated "chat" where you select your preferred date/time window and they will text you a date/time a few hours later that may or may not be according to your preference. no one on one interaction for scheduling

One star is not for the doctors but for their system that they have to schedule an appointment. Twice I've tried calling to see if I can get in same day no one ever answers the phone it tells you to leave a message. I don't know why, they'll never call. They message you, saying sorry we missed your call. Then you get a text message saying they will call you and you never get a phone call.

A full set of vitals was not even done. The Provider assessment was minimal and he did exactly what I told him I wanted. Ordered all the lab tests I wanted and referred me to derm. It felt like a poorly ran concierge clinic. Lastly, there were several patients who had been waiting longer than 45 minutes.
