Dr Michael ridge Dr death was pushing his vaccination spew all over me for the 20 minutes that we sat and talked for a simple referral. If you did your research you can counter everything he's spewing out about this vaccination that he stupidly injected into his body I highly recommend you don't do your research they're much smarter doctors than Dr death ridge

I used Dr.Ridge for about 2 years as my PCP, about 3-4 months ago I started having to sit in the waiting room (if you can call it that) over an hour every visit, even though I took early appointments 8:00 AM, I would then get a 10 minute visit with him where 80% of the time he spent looking at his laptop. I can’t believe his staff would sit there and see me sitting in the waiting room over an hour while multiple people were served and I was still sitting there. I will give the Dr a 70% rating, but I have seen better treatment of patients in the ER or at community health centers Just an honest opinion, he may be a welcome doctor for you, he was in the beginning for me also. Just on a side note I have pretty good insurance so getting paid for him was not the issue

Have known Dr Ridge for several years and have gotten excellent care. It seems most of his poor ratings deal with the Optima office phone issues and not Dr Ridge's care.

Dr. Ridge has been our family doctor over 30 years and will be until he retires. Upbeat, interested, friendly. Always professional and always listens. Lot of new faces employed over the years - new management/corporation is tiresome and keep changing practices. But, that's not on him. Think he stays to ensure his patient are given the best care possible. We trust him completely. He's an excellent doctor.

Dr. Ridge is a wonderful doctor & his staff is extremely professional. Since I’ve been diagnosed with esophageal cancer it has been challenging. Even tho everything is mostly done with my oncologist Dr. Ridge is on top of my treatments & can help in other ways! A great man & doctor! Thank you to you & your staff!

Dr. Ridge needs to review his staff especially in the referral area. In one day I was able to accomplish more for a referral than his staff was able to accomplish in 3 weeks

The office phone line has a terrible setup. Had to drive in person there to make an appointment. Front staff and general staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Ridge does not listen and has his own agenda, he lacks the compassion one expects from a medical professional. I am very disappointed in him.
