Love the nurses !! And the doctors ! Amanda was so amazing to me n my kids . Listen to everything I needed to tell her. She was very patient ! Great with the Lil ones !! Loved how concerned she was and how much she helped my boys ! Thank you Amanda for being the best ! The nurses as well

Those who know me, know that I travel extensively and rarely have medical issues. I was so very fortunate to be near Nextcare Urgent Care as I’m a snowbird from Wisc. I received a warm welcome and sympathy for the pain I had with my hip and was easily processed with a few pieces of paperwork. The front staff were great. I was seen by the PA who immediately connected with me as a person and understood and was able to diagnosis my condition quickly. The staff in the back are so nice and friendly too. My thinking is now each time we are here during the season, we have a place to go if another situation arises.

WOW Never received such poor care for my son in my entire life. Very disappointed, since I am an RN and pride on excellent patient care. Basically, my son had oral surgery a few days ago and ran out of pain medication. Since its the Christmas holiday, and his surgeon's office is closed for the holiday, he advised us to go to urgent care to refill his pain medication. The doctor or PA working on 12-26-2017 7:30pm was sooooooooo rude. My son is sitting there in excruciating pain, and has the nerve to tell him he should not be in pain anymore. On top of that she said ,"this is why I have all the signs posted everywhere that say we do not prescribe narcotics ....". And I said to her that my son does not have chronic pain, but acute pain! I guess the doc didn't pay attention at Med 101 to know the difference. My son cried after we left and said to me, " mom, are all doctors and nurses this way?" I was so ashamed and speechless. I will never go there again and will for sure tell as many people as I can not to go. It was the way she spoke to my son. This sarcastic non-sympathetic, cold tone in her voice! Hard to believe!

I went to one in Casa Grande for stitches and everyone was super nice. From the front desk to the people in the back to the person who did my stitches. It was awesome. 10/10 would recommend the one in Casa Grande.
