The xray technician behaved like a robot. I'm not sure she was human. She was very evasive. It was not a pleasant experience. I will not be visiting this place again.

I had a 1:15 PM appointment for over a week. I was wearing oxygen and when I arrived I was told that I couldn’t get about my procedure done because the technicians went to lunch. I never received a phone call letting me know that my appointment would be canceled. This was hilarious and it really ticked me off. I didn’t know if I had enough oxygen to stick around so I went back home. I’ve told so many people about this and they are shocked by it. So unprofessional it happened at the Casa Grande Simon med clinic. If I had other choices I would use them unfortunately it seems that Simon med is the only place my insurance will cover. Please call me and I would like to discuss the details of this event.

The local SimonMed office was efficient and professional. However, the software that corporate SimonMed tries to push patients to use for check in etc is extremely combersome and nearly unusable. Fortunately the local office processes patients efficiently without requiring use of the software. Otherwise, I would take my business elsewhere.

Her name is lacy or laxcy ,black hair thin and about 5' feet tall . thought I'm dumb. Was there a mouth ago for xray. My doctor said go b4 or on the date of the paper they gave me.so last month I did that. But on the 9th I went.i had till the 15th.on the 9th I'm told by this person .I can only get it done on the last day on the sheet.mind u the xray lady is standing right behind her.i took off work 2 do this.only 2 have to take more time off 2 do it again. 😠😠😠😠😠. 16 chairs 10 people waiting. 3 no mask.no one said anything. I'm the only one ask if I had covid test . 4 people behind me never got asked. Just me.after waiting 35 minutes. I noticed the ceilings is nasty . looking 4 new place. Trying to find any new place.
