One of the best obgyn I have ever had. She not only takes time to listen to you, after the procedures she reassures you and waits for you to feel better before exiting the room. She also has extensive knowledge about gynecology and she's got a good sense of humor and bed side manner.

Dr Stein was very kind and knowledgeable. She's been my ob for almost a year and has helped me tremendously. Her sense of humor is great and she really seems to know what she's doing.

Customer service from the receptionist, nurses/ medical assistants to Dr. Stein is the worst by far. I've never been treated this bad by a healthcare provider hence this is the reason I could never forget her. She has no compassion at all, didn't listen to my concerns as a patient, her demeaning attitude humiliated me as patient. I would never recommend her to anybody or a friend. I was seen by her in her office in Baywood Ave. across Baywood Hospital.

Dr. Stein was willing to spend time answering all of my questions, even those outside gyneological concerns. Her manner was friendly, professional, and very thorough. She spent so much time answering my questions ( five minutes?) that the nurse knocked on the door asking if everything was all right. I hope I can locate Dr. Stein now that she is no longer associated with A Woman's Place.

I would not recommend her to anybody. The birth control she put me caused me to gain 40 pounds in less than 4 months and when I went to see her about it with another professionals opinion she called the professional an idiot and proceeded to tell me that I had a thyroid problem. Two blood tests later, no thyroid problem. Since getting off the medicine I have lost 30 of the 40 pounds I gained as a result of her prescription. She is RUDE, and has HORRIBLE bedside/patient manner. She makes you feel like you are just another payment on her car rather than a patient and a person.

Dr. Stein looks like she needs a Dr. herself. I'll make this short I went in for a second opinion about a ovarian cyst, she told me not to worry about it without even examining me. I had to tell her to examine my pelvis. How can a Dr. tell a patient her opinion without a examination? Avoid her at all cost it could save your life. As for the other doctor in the office how in the world do you live with yourself knowing that this Dr. is seeing patients in your office?
