My visit was handled with kindness. My x-ray Technician was amazing. She took the time to explain each task every step of the way. She was gentle, kind and very sincere in the needs of my dental well being. My dentist was very informative and explained my options on how we can best tackle my care. My wife needed dentures and selected Western Dental. It seemed a little pricey but she liked the dentist that made a plan with her and made her feel comfortable about the whole process.. Well, on the day her extractions were done, she finds out the dentist she had seen three weeks before no longer worked there. She was not real happy about that but she went ahead with a new dentist. She is 65 and has had teeth pulled before. She describes this guy as a butcher. She came out from the back (nlo family members are allowed in the offices) crying in pain and bleeding profusly,. She followed the instructions she was given, but was still bleeding and in pain the, next day. She called and was told to rinse with saltwater and not to wear the lower denture until the swelling goes down. It's not like she could wear them anyway. There is a piece of tooth sticking thru her gum! It sill hurts too. So she goes To a meeting with yet another dentist and the office manager. She had made a plan with the first dentist she saw to work around an implant that was in a lower molar position. This dentist started to grind on the post of the implant until Mt wife stopped him. She is now told that ye plan that was given on my wife's first visit was voted down by 3 other dentists and that my wife is now responsible for removal of the implant. We are going to thesurgeon who put t in to get an outside opinion . Beides the piece of tooth on bottom, there is a large piece sticking out of the top gum. It was said, hopefully in just, that there is enough skin to cover the eceI`m at the Pont where where I am ready to cancel the debit card a and darn the rest of the contract. My wife cannot eat anything besides soup and mashed potatoes and cries whenever she thinks about going back there. Thee is Noone there hat seems to care about how my wife is ding or how she feels. When they decided to change the plan they made without telling heuntil pulling her teeth (mostly) is just not right.HeHATES this oRobert Moore On behalf of Norma Moore

We are new to the area and decided to go to Western Dental for our dentistry needs. The couple visits that we have been to the office have been very pleasant. The receptionist and those that work in the front office are so sweet and friendly as well as the dental assistants. The office has cutting edge technology, is very organized and extremely clean. The Dentist was very kind and explained everything he was going to do prior to any procedure which made me feel very comfortable. I feel like I’m in very good hands with Western Dental and I’m pleased that I have chosen them to be my dentist.

The Team was really great. Made me feel welcome, and heard. I also, learned quite a bit. I look forward to working with them in the future.

They did a good job with my braces and were very nice and prices are good.

I was nervous for my cleaning but the staff helped me feel much better. The space was clean and the associates I interacted with were all kind, knowledgeable and professional. I will be coming back in 6 months for my cleaning.

Best dental office. Everyone is so nice and helpful.
