Dr. Delatte is my doctor and since day one has been kind and courteous. Gives his full attention if need be when I've had questions. He's always tried the preventative to give me the best relief. I’ve been going to advanced pain management for six years The staff is very nice I see a practitioner nurse she’s very concerned and caring twice a year I have nerve burn treatment to my lower back which helps a lot I would Definitely recommend Advanced pain management I go to the Chandler location and know most all of the staff there Thanks to everyone at Advanced pain management also thanks to my practitioner nurse Kristen Lee Many thanks Sherri Lozinski

I've been a patient with Advanced pain for seven years now. Each visit is always pleasant with the provider, Kristian Lee. She is laid back and listens to what you have to say and gives her input to make sure you're getting whatever you need to deal with whatever pain you may have. I enjoy the entire staff because everyone is always so friendly and pleasant to be around. They handle all of my pain needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else! The team that assists with my ablations are considered the "A" team in my book! Way to go Dr. Delatte! Keep on doing a great job!

Excellent care from all the staff who do the nerve ablation, the injections, and the girl who gives the IV and takes care of you after the procedure. Kristin Lee is a wonderful Dr! She listens to you and keeps track of when all procedures need to be done. I love how courteous and pleasant everyone is from front desk to all the nurses.

Staff was helpful and nice this time.. I was there in January and two of the staff were talking about me not realizing I was in the room waiting for the PA and my cousin sitting in the lobby

First appointment, the office cancelled on me the day of because of office issues. I rescheduled for a 10:00 appointment 2 weeks later. I received numerous reminder texts and texts to confirm my 10:00 appointment. When I showed up at 10:00, PA Kristin refused to see me. They said that I should have showed up at 9:30 and to go home and reschedule. I took off from work twice, spent time and money on gas traveling to this facility to arrive at 10:00 only to be told she couldn't see me. What poor customer service. They need to send reminder and confirming texts for the time they want patients to show up if that is the case. I won't bother returning. They got me twice with this poor service.
