Arizona Eye Center's Online Review Report Card

Worst Scheduling system. For 2 days, I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a relative. No return call from your scheduler, your front receptionist hung up the phone twice and she can't help with Scheduling anyways. Hire worthy people that care about their job and your business.

I give the girls behind the glass a minus 3 stars. I filled out the paperwork on the 1st visit. A week and a half later going in for my appointment. They handed me a second set to fill out. I told them it was already done. They found it in the bottom of the desk. After going thru the exam the Dr. said they would be in touch for the surgery. 4 weeks passed without any contact. so i go in and ask the girls at the counter what's timeline is on for the surgery, The reply is as follows. The hospital doesn't take the insurance. Why not contact me with this info. The reply was i though we had..... Well if u did i wouldn't be here today. 8 weeks have passed and i'm back to square 1 looking to have cataract surgery.

Fantastic results... cataract removal. Dr D and his staff are first class and friendly .Dr D is thorough and has a great patient oriented attitude. I've had two procedures done there and I'm 100% satisfied.

My son has been seen by Dr. Depenbusch since his eye injury at age 12. I cannot say enough about the staff. Without them, my son would not have the vision he has and would not be able to be a pilot. Thank you !

I highly recommend this office. I've been struggling with eye irritation for a long time. Turns out, I had a lodged very small eyelash that could only be seen through a magnifying glass. Doctor plucked it and my eye has felt great. Who would have known.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr. D was with me for about 3 minutes, which was fine, as his 45 second view in each eye declared my eyes healthy. Totally stunned when I was charged $50 for a copy of my new Rx. Pure greed?

I was getting my eyes examined for a prescription, as a second opinion for eyeglasses provided by Costco, but the tech apparently gave me COVID, and then my wife got it from me. When I got my eyeglasses made from their prescription, it was obvious the tech made an error. I specifically stated I needed prescription for long distance (driving a car), and the eyeglasses seem to work best for distances of only 10-20 feet. The original Costco prescription was not quite right in one eye but these glasses are worthless for driving. Plus, their carpet is very filthy.

Great, friendly office staff, excellent doctor, works well with my UnitedHealthcare insurance, lovely new freestanding facility they built themselves, all the cool tools for testing just about every measure, always get full medical record via their portal after every visit without having to ask for it or download it, and great Wi-Fi! And, they let Clinical Trials be done here. Dr. Depenbusch performs the surgeries and the follow up care, while the Clinical Trial company uses some of their rooms and test equipment to make sure the patients are doing well.

My right eye started to hurt and needed an emergency appointment. I must have called half a dozen doctors and no one could take me in until the following week. I luckily got the Arizona Eye Center's number from a different doctor. I called in and they were very kind to fit me in. When I went in, it took almost no time to be seen. The doctor was very friendly and compassionate. The office is beautiful, spacious and clean. I can't recommend these guys enough!
