Wonderful practice! Super friendly, quick services, and their new location is very nice :) Offer great prices on frames with a decent selection, just ordered a back up set of glasses with such ease. I was expecting a wait time for my appointment and they scheduled me just two days after calling. Thank y'all so much!!

What a fantastic practice! I was struggling with my vision and contacts that I received from a previous eye doctor and decided to see someone new. I’m so glad I went to Dr. Nannenga. She found the problem immediately and gave me the correct contacts and now I can see so much better. She is so thoughtful and kind. I highly recommend this practice.

Although I initially rated this place lower due to my sentiment about the billing, AZ Eye Institute wasted no time in reaching out to me about my experience and made things right immediately! I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to keeping their customers happy! Old review: If money is no object, this is a great place to go, but that's not the case for me! The optometrist did a good job explaining each test and providing tailored lens options, however, after asking them about my insurance, I was under the impression that I would have the same coverage as I did at my previous optometrists. Not the case- I spent $60 on eye photos I thought were included & $180 ($285 without insurance) on a contact lens fit even though I showed the doctor my old prescription and she took the same numbers down. Although I have terrible vision and am in desperate need of some new contacts and glasses, I was unable to pay the $980 I was quoted, and instead walked out of there with the same exact prescription I already had with $250 less in my pockets for my eye exam alone.

Professional, courteous, trustworthy, and knowledgeable! Dr William’s helped my mom when she did an exam of her eyes and knew there was problem. She took immediate action and even connected mom to a specialist that day! It was cancer in her eye and she had to have surgery to remove it all. Dr Williams care, knowledge and initiative kept my mom from losing her eye or maybe even her life if it would have continued to go undiagnosed. I can’t say enough good things here about this office.
