Arizona Specialty Hospital's Online Review Report Card

There billing people called me last week and I was told I would be on a payment plan by Jayla. Then she called me again today as if we never set it up. She also was telling me my date of birth and providing me with my own proprietary information, which should not be allowed because of legalities regarding PII sensitive information. Then she told me my account would go into collections even though I made a payment for December already and was telling them I went back to work on January 5th and to call again after the 14th for the next payment. Well low and behold she didn't set up my payment plan and also told me nothing about the minimum requirements just that it would be going to collections in three months even with me actively paying on my bill. This is very wrong. And then when the supervisor called me he to gave me my address over the phone instead of rather asking me for it directly. This is not okay for a business to operate in this way. It is highly unethical.

I am so appreciative to everyone at the hospital. From my Dr Matanky, to all the nurses, physical theraphy, recovery room, to everyone. I am eternally grateful to you all. I highly recommend going too. Thank you for my new knee.

Holy cow! I didn’t realize you could have such a positive, upbeat experience on surgery day. The staff is wonderful. They were happy and alert at 5:30am when we arrived and greeted us warmly. They are all on the same page with how things flow in the hospital and guided us through the day with ease. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this hospital. Thank you Dignity Health for living up to your motto of humankindness. You have hired and trained the right people to uphold your values.

This hospital is first class with a remarkable staff. Thank you to everyone.

The whole experience was great! My husband had rotator cuff surgery that went well. Everyone was very nice and my husband and I felt very cared for. We felt very safe the entire time. There is a monitor that tells you where they are in the surgery process. They called the next day to see how he was doing and they even sent him a personalized Get Well Card! What a nice touch. Thanks to Tiffany, Victoria, Gabe, Cat and everyone else that helped us through this!

This place exceeded all of my expectations. Professionals, caring and beyond patience. I’m grateful for all staff that took care of me during my surgery. Thank you!! I know need 10 starts!!

What can I say, these people care. First a phone call after surgery and now a card.in the mail. WOW. I don't like hospitals but these people are the best at what they do. Great service from them when I went in for hand surgery to the time they put me out the door. Thanks to all.Larry

I spent one night in the hospital after my hip replacement surgery there, and was treated with great respect, compassion, professionalism and skill. The staff was responsive to my needs regardless of the hour. 4-5 days after my stay I was called at home by a case manager to check on my condition, and was offered a home follow-up visit. 10-12 days after my surgery I received a Get Well card in the mail signed by individual staff members, including the night and weekend nurses.I love these guys!

I had my right hip replace on 9/11.. this place is absolutely amazing! From the front door to nurses, pre opt. To the guy who comes to take your food order. They are professional, caring, above and beyond the duty of care! I just loved my nurses, the ones learning and the teachers. My o.r. nurses, and Anatgesioligist were awesome! I cannot express enough how wonderful this entire building of people are!SINCERELY MRS. DEANNA HURD
