Assisting Hands literally saved our lives by providing their caregiver services for my mother 78 paralyzed by stroke. My dad 80 is primary and was only caregiver for 5 months since no other family is AZ. Im TX. My dad even though very tired was reluctant to have anyone come into their home COVID privacy but as soon as the first day of help he realized how much it was needed. He is starting to recover from providing 247 care ALONE which has allowed her to stay home. We are forever grateful.

As a new employee at Assisting Hands Home Care I enjoy working for this company it is a great company to work for. They are very flexible and work with my schedule. Staff is very friendly supportive caring and they truly care about their employees Staff is also very easygoing and they definitely make you feel welcomed.

Awful Experience...My wife had a stroke and is now wheelchair bound. She cannot stand transfer or move without the help of myself or a caregiver. She cannot reach anything or serve herself.Last week our regular caregiver was unable to make it so we were referred to Assisting Hands. They sent over a woman who was one of their best according to Rosemary. Just the opposite was true. I found out today from my wifes case manager that the caregiver apparently poured alcoholic drinks for my wife...a fall risk...while with her...jeopardizing her safety. According to building staff and my wife the caregiver also left her alone four times in four hours to go out and smoke cigarettes in front of the building. Completely unacceptable. The whole experience has been an encouragment for me to buy cameras so I can see what else the caregivers are doing when I am away from my wife at work.If you care about your loved one think twice before using this agency to care for them in your home.
