If I could give zero stars I would. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH the order is wrong. Every single one. Ive talked to soo many supervisors because not only is it wrong but good thing I have good neighbors because when its their trucks delivering not usps like they try to say it is because we have it on camera plus depending on who you talk to they blame 5 other delivery services first. Get your story straight they have left it inches away from a VERY busy main road left it IN our irrigation ditch which ruined an entire package of medical supplies and we even saw once where they stopped halfway down our drive we live on a farm and just toss our boxes out. Ive been VERY civil but do talk to supervisors EACH time oh and you better be ready for at least an hour on hold or two or three accidental hang ups.Basically when it comes to medical supplies our children need to thrive it definitely shouldnt be In the hands of this supplier.

I am the mother of a 20 year old son with Muscular Dystrophy. I have 15 years of experience working with vendors to provide for his complex medical needs. This company by far is the WORST company I have dealt with in 15 years. They have NO business being open or profiting off my people like my son. Absolutely HORRIBLE

This is such a horrible company. The automated system hangs up on you after waiting for someone to get to the line. I wish they didn’t switch my son’s medical supplies over to them.

So I worked here for a year and a half and I have to say this company is a perfect example when a small company gets bought out by a big corporation Aveanna Medical Solutions. Their main goal is Quantity over Quality They have set goals Every Month to get a certain amount of accounts patients active. Meaning that they turned you into a monthly revenue$$$$. LETS GET THOSE STARTS OF CAREIf you’re a parent looking for a company to care for your child I don’t recommend this companysince they are Giant company you don’t have many options to choose from.They don’t listen to their Employees and patients sadly pay the price since no one is logged into the phones so that meanspatients are on hold and transferred everywhere they know and are aware much dont do much about it but yell every hour to get on the phone. I hope this is helpful with people seeking employment or parentspatients considering this company for care.

I just got our first order this week and it was there like the guy said it would be. They gave us a whole month supply which is awesome. So far everything is great. I hope it stays this way.

Ive had to wait 20 minutes on hold every time Ive called in. Half of the time the call drops while Im still on hold wasting another 20 minutes.I was quoted a cash price for the baby formula I need for my daughter. They explained it would be a cash price of $6.70 per bottle. I was informed my account was flagged with a notice to honor the pricing I was quoted for every purchase. I went to put in my second order today and was told thats not going to happen even though they saw the flag on my account.I was told by a supervisor that they are not going to honor the pricing even with the flag on my account. They explained that the pricing I was quoted was done by a lead. And because they are a supervisor they are going to supersede the lead flag. So they refused to honor my pricing even though openly admitting they had notes on my account to honor a set pricing....

I changed my health plan and with it the company to get my kid supplies from...and I have a really hard time with them...my daughter survive because of the pediassure she drinks and not getting it on time or getting the wrong flavor is a huge problem for us....I have a week a WEEK trying to talk to them so they can correct the order but I cant not get a hold of them...thiss sooo frustrating

We received the order wrong twice...they are trying to justify and now impossible to make contact with them....this is an screenshot of the times I was sending to voicemail just today...12 times...and this is been everyday for the past 2 weeks

I actually will give them zero stars because my doctor fax about 3 to 5 scripts same order because they stated they never received any script and I still have not received my order and it’s already going on about a month and they keep on telling me that I should get it in three days three days pass I have to wait another three days they keep on telling me the same thing over and over it’s already going on a month I have not received my son supplies yet so I’m pretty sure that I’m going to talk to the doctor if they can find a differentCompany that delivers formula for my child’s needs.

Completely agree that this company adds stress to already having a sick kiddo. They do not send the correct feeding supplies are difficult to reach do not return calls and do not send supplies when they are supposed to or when they state that they will. I am still waiting on feeding bags after 6 yes SIX phone calls to the company. Cannot get a manager or administrator on the phone after multiple requests. You are put through a phone tree and about 5 different people when trying to reach someone at your branch. Only to be told to leave a message so that your issue will never really be addressed.This month alone a typical month Feeding bags never sent with rest of supplies. Called company. Wrong size then sent. Waking up in the middle of the night to change feeding bag so that my kid survives. Called company again. No response no bags sent. Called company again requested call back that day. No response. Called company again threatened to place complaint. No response. Called company again stating that if I didnt recive a call back within 2 hours I would file a complaint with medicare. Received call back and was told bags would be overnighted. Here we are 5 days later and still no feeding bags. Called company again requesting a call back from an administrator and have yet to receive a response.Also find it interesting that the only 5 star ratings have no reviews. Go anywhere ANYWHERE else. I will be switching companies and just filed a formal complaint. Clearly this company is not in it to care for patients.
