I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The doctor who saw me was empathetic and took my symptoms seriously.
ZERO stars. I was shocked at how I was treated at this facility by the nurse practitioner, Sarah Montiel. This was the worst care I have ever received. My appt was at 5:15, I didn’t see the NP until 7. I have extreme body pain with Covid, very swollen throat and tons of mucus so it is hard to breathe, & fever. She was extremely rude. I let her know what medications helped me the last time I had Covid and she said she wasn’t doing that. She had a horrible attitude with me. I asked if I could get the antiviral. I was in so much pain and desperate for help. She said I am not a candidate. I asked what is the criteria for a candidate. She would not tell me and got mad. I asked again rudely by and angrily) was she entered my information into the computer and I am not a candidate. I told her I would like to know the criteria because the CDC website says 12 yrs and above. She handed me my paperwork and walked out of the room. Didn’t tell me anything! I am an RN and would NEVER treat someone the way she treated me, especially someone who is very sick. I have never been treated in this manner by a medical professional. She needs to be fired. Shame on her. So I left getting none of the medication that helped me last time. Checked my banner portal today and Sarah Montiel NP lies in her paperwork that I was able to read in my banner portal. She stated that I yelled at her, when I never ever raised my voice once. She was mad that I asked what the criteria is for Covid antivirals. She would not answer me. She also said on the report that I was told I can't use paxlovid due to my tamsulosin medication. She NEVER told me that. I don't even use tamsulosin because I was advised by my urologist to stop using tamsulosin last week & I told the medical assistant that I am not using any meds except for Advil and Tylenol. Sarah Montiel never said anything to me about tamsulosin or I would have told her I no longer on that medication. I could have been prescribed appropriate medication for Covid and she would not give me an answer why. She never said it was because of tamsulosin as she states in her report. She is falsifying documents that is about my character and did not prescribe appropriate medications. Shame on her.
Sarah Montiel in the Alma School clinic saw me today and I found her to be very informative helpful and pleasant to meet with. I’m glad I booked an appointment there and that she was the person working at that time. She examined me , laid out the recovery plan for me, explained it to me and I was on my way. William Moore
Made an appointment at 1030am arrived early to fill out paperwork didn’t get taken back to room 1110 then waited another 30 minutes to be seen. The staff was great only a few waiting but with a toddler that is sick makes it difficult.
Very good
Staff was great and took good of me!
Very pleasant. I was admitted 30 mins earlier from my appt. Starting with the admission person, MA & PA extremely friendly. I was definitely in great hands. The PA knowledgeable about my medical issue. Very, very great experience.
Excellent and didn’t have to wait too long. Close by too. Doc was good; thorough and asked lots of questions
Booked an appointment online to be treated for a minor infection. I did wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to see a practitioner. But the entire staff was very pleasant to deal with
Great staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
