List of Banner Urgent Care's Reviews
this location needs to be canceled or the hours need to be updated!!!!!! This is ridiculous. I went to this Urgent care this morning after a Night of tossing and turning around with a fever and aches all night just to find out this location is "temporarily closed ". AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!
Went there today for chest pains and it's locked up. Why is there no sign on the building stating it is closed. People cannot waste time when an emergency occurs driving all over to find an open urgent care. Absolutely ridiculous.
Tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone. Press option 2 to speak to the front desk and it is routed somewhere or to someone who does not answer. I was seen here back in 2020 and received good service & even a text and follow up email leading up to my appointment. Management should really look into this. We understand we're in the middle and/or beginning of another covid pandemic , in which medical professionals are overly tasked & understandably emotionally taxed with providing care - but the level of customer service or lack there of should not be compromised.
These scumbags don't answer their phone. The staff is lazy. A bunch of bums. Nothing urgent about this dump.
Forget about talking with someone at this location on the phone. No one answers incoming calls. You are not able to ask any questions or find out how busy they are for walk ins. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I will start off by saying I absolutely love Banner and 99.9% of the time have been extremely happy. This being said- I went earlier today for a COVID test (I have had them previously at other Banner locations and at my primary care provider and I have never in my life had it hurt the way it did this evening. The female that did it did not do it on an angle but instead went strait up and hard. It gave me a migraine within minutes and it is now 5 hours later and my nose still burns from being scratched I both sides and I still have a migraine. The fact that I know Banner rotates their employees in Urgent Cares gives me anxiety should I need to return because often times there is only one practitioner on duty. Like I said I have had this done before and the first time (at another Banner facility) was told very specifically when I asked if it would hurt that it would be uncomfortable but it goes at an angle and a couple minutes after it was done that it would be fine. That time along with two other times was just that. Tonight, was not okay.
I felt safe there, precautions were taken regarding COVID-19. I was in and out of the office. The doctor understood my needs.
Outstanding passionate staff and quick turn out time! Very limited paperwork, attentive polite and attention to all details!
The doctor Lauren Zimmerman and the nurse Melissa Alvarado we're so incredible and thorough. I was hurting and really felt like death with RSV but they cared and tried to help. That means a lot these days. Thanks so much! I don't know about any others but recommend you Ask for this doctor or nurse if you want the best of care
The care center offers online appointments and text updates to keep wait times at minimum. I thought his great. So I grabbed an appointment for 2:15pm. Just before I arrived I got a text telling me it was delayed by 33 minutes. So I sat I. My car for the wait. I then got a text to come in at 2:59. I did. I waited in the waiting room for another hour. At 4 I was place o. The back in heat another eating room. At 4:30 and then 5 I am still waiting. Do not use this facility if you need medical assistance. They are not honest about their wait times. Their automatic updates are worthless What don't they understand about the word " URGENT "?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
