I was misdiagnosed with a skin infection. Ended up it was an allergic reaction to something.

The front office staff and medical assistant here have zero customer service skills. To start, the girl checking me in (Genesis) was very off putting. I explained to her that my 1 yr old had been seen on Monday by his primary care physician who said he had 2 ear infections and an upper respiratory infection. He had 3 more days of antibiotics but since being seen, gunk was coming from his eyes and he is crying out in pain non stop. She was quick to tell me the physician wasn't going to prescribe anything for my son. It wasn't necessarily what she said but how she said it. In a way that made me feel like she was just letting me know nothing was going to come of my visit. After I sat down my feeling were validated when I heard her tell another patient checking in "just letting you know its going to be an 1 and a half hr wait." That patient decided to leave and come back. Then I heard her complaining to her coworkers.

Don’t let people make appointments at this location and then have the building closed, locked, and with the lights off. I had to go to a different location. But you can still currently make appointments here! Get it together Banner

All the staff that was there this morning were so nice patient . Spoke to my son and didn’t ignore him asked him how he’s feeling directly even tho he’s 4 just showing and letting him know they are there for him . Thanks guys !

Untrained, impatient and rude physicians. I go in early one day and the only doctor in has a "phone meeting" so I have to wait, no biggie. But when the nurse before the physician comes in and asks why I'm there and I tell him a worm came out of my tear duct, he straight up laughs at me and tells me I was imagining it due to my anxiety. Once the doctor comes in, I'm telling her how my other, currently unbothered eye was worse at one point and about the worm thing, she interupts me mid sentence and says "Just tell me about the eye that's hurting now". Looked at my eye once and said it was a stye, and leaves. Wonder if I can sue for malpractice?

Went here at 8:15am on 1/24/23. The place was closed. Hours say 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. but nobody was there. No sign, no indication of a reason why.

Permanently closed maybe? Arrived 820am on a Tuesday and door was locked, no lights on, no staff. Hours posted on the door say open at 8am.
