Megan Van Over is awesome and so is her staff, friendly and knowledgeable, from Megan to the Opticians! Wonderful expedience! They were great about checking my insurance benefits and helping me decide on which glasses would be right for me! . I will definitely recommend to a friend!

Dr. Seems to be knowledgeable, friendly staff and good hours. That said, I think the pricing is going up, I'll try someplace else next year. Also, after buying well over 1k for two pairs of glasses, they have them to me in cheap soft cases. Really should also include the Oakley hard cases that I'm sure the frames came with.

What a difference! The front desk staff and doctors have always been wonderful. With their bedside manner, light conversations, instructions and explanations. They take a personal interest in you. Now all of their eye glass fitters are friendly, helpful and polite as well. Makes a huge difference.

beware very unhappy with this company I bought two pairs of glasses and had nothing but bad experience with quality of lenses they put in their glasses. I came back-and-forth with scratches and I take care of my lenses every time the next person I talk to said oh there’s better lenses and I told them from the get-go that I wanted to buy the best ones . Never we’re happy with any of the lenses they put in my glasses to make things worse. I went to get them lenses replaced again from them. The lady told me oh you need to go talk to the doctor and get your eyes re-looked at knowing that She pushed me off. They could stop warranty my lenses. They would be out of warranty and that’s what exactly happened. They just want to Upsell you new glasses every year so that’s the way they go about it. Stay away from!

I've been going to Chandler Eyecare for a few years now. I absolutely adore Dr. Keiser, and it's obvious she genuinely cares for her patients. I would recommend her to anyone needing an optometrist. The exam rooms are extremely clean. They have a variety of appointments available, but they do close 1-2 for lunch.

I have been to Chandler Eye Care for about three years. Dr. Giles is the best. I have been fotunste working with Carlie for my eye glasses. All of the staff work hard meeting your needs! Thanks to everyone there

Ordered construction safety glasses got them. The lady told me the other 2 pairs are still coming and today I walked in only 1 pair was in. I told the lady I didn't need the other due to the inconvenience of service. Then she persisted me to still have me pay for the other one after I told her no thanks and cancel them. Found out they tried to charge me for contact evaluation which didn't happen. All I got was excuses. Lady ( older lady with red hair) I'll call the insurance and see what I can do which I highly know she won't probably due. Which now I'll have to make a complaint with BBB and also corporation commission. If I don't see a result. This lady didn't understand I fly out alot. If you decide to visit this office beware of your bill and service you get there I ordered these 3 pairs over 3 months ago. So far I got only 1 out of 3 I ordered.
