Complete disconnect with needs, wants, expectations, and scheduling. Feels like you are a part of a very expensive cattle run. Treated as a number and a paycheck. Impression of non realistic value of your life. Seems as patient care is routine repetitive and not treated as unique to the individual circumstances. One size does not fit all but the total lack of compassion is the worst part.

Dr kellogg is extremely talented in the medical field. He has followed me for about fifteen years. He has been a big part of giving me a longer life and a better quality of life. He is very caring and leaves no stone unturned in his analysis and diagnosis. I have very unique diagnoses and he never forgets to factor in everything before we move forward with treatments or medicines used. He is wholesome and makes sure you feel comfortable with what he recommends. I would like to thank him for the devotion to my case.

As a first time patient to this doctor, I was extremely unhappy with the staff and that is a direct reflection on Dr. Kellogg. My appointment was at 3:15, May 22, 2017. I patiently waited in the waiting area for 45 minutes without any communication from the 3 girls at the desk. Since I took off work at 2pm to make my appointment 15 minutes early, I felt like the trust factor between me and the doctor was already diminished. Finally the nurse came out to talk to me and offered to sit in the examination room, she said for another 30 minutes. I said to give me back all my paperwork and I would find a doctor with better clock integrity and truthful communication. This trip cost me 3 hours of my pay and the staff acted like that was no big deal. I asked the staff to have the doctor call me, but as of 6:30 pm today, that has not happened. Just proving that the doctor probably doesn't care. I hope I'm wrong, but perception is reality. DT

Dr Kellogg is amazing! He is super sweet, caring, soft spoken and speaks slowly so you can understand everything and thorough. The staff however is ridiculous. There is no phone staff. No one answers the phone unless you need to schedule an appt. You always have to leave a voicemail & hope that someone responds. I've had a few urgent matters & left 3 voicemails. Even crying during them. Never got a call back. Happened more than once. The wait time is insane as well before & after to check out.

I have found the personnel at Ironwood very polite and helpful. Dr. Kellogg's manner is kind, considerate and gentle. I trust him totally with my care. He doesn't miss anything and continues to keep me "in his sights". Nothing gets past him !!

Dr. Kellogg recently treated me for breast cancer. I have been going to oncologists for 20 years. He is the best for listening to me and letting me make my own decision on treatment. He always lays out all the options very clearly and discusses the pros and cons with me. His calm manner and depth of knowledge are always there for me.
