I had to get lab work done and Kim couldn’t have been more accommodating and nice, she really was the best and made my life so much easier. Such a pleasant experience!

I called to make an appointment with Cigna to get a COVID test and to get a follow up for my mono, so I could go to school, they then called me back to tell me to go somewhere else. Anyways, I finally convinced them to give me a follow up appointment and after seeing me they totally forgot about me, I had to call twice (which they didn't answer btw) and go back up to the front to remind them that I was here which was over an hour later. My appointment was at 3, and I got out at 5 and everyone was gone. Billing nightmare, each department kicks the patient's issue from one to another. No one seems to want to give resolutions or assistance. I've had United Healthcare, Aetna, BCBS and Anthem over the past 23 years and I've never had issues like I am with Cigna.

Very slow and doesn't seem to bother them. Will tell you to sit and wait to be called even if it's going to take them hours to get to your prescription. Need more staff and a much better attitude.
