The most impressive aspect for me was the professionalism. With so many steps and detailed information that I needed to have, Dr. Dungy's office presented the materials and dates and important information using different mediums - some paperwork, some online portals, and texts, some videos and even a print out of a power point presentation. I was able to digest the information by choosing the medium that worked best for me. My dad was so impressed that he scheduled an assessment. Dr. Dungy could have been greedy and performed an unneeded procedure. But he told my 80 yr old dad that he didn't need anything but endurance.

Dr. Dungy, Erin his physician assistant, and all the staff were excellent to work with. They were always professional, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I now have my life back to normal after several years of hip pain effecting my mobility and quality of life. Thank you Dr. Dungy.

Dr. Dungy and his team are absolutely wonderful. They took keen interest in my motivation to get back to hiking and I was back on the trails within 3 weeks of my recent hip replacement. I highly recommend this office as they are so caring, genuine and professional.

My encounters were with the front desk , x ray, pre care and Erin Miller P.A.C. They office staff were warm yet professional in their in welcoming, booking appointments,and preliminary care . Erin was amazing!!!! She truly listened, took her time and offered options on care that ranged from conservative to aggresive. We truly felt she wanted what was best for me and our lifestyle.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Dungy and his team. This is truly a high quality practice! From the moment I made the decision to proceed with my total knee replacement, I was provided with continuous information about what to do to maximize outcomes as well as what to expect in the next stage of the process. The practice provides information in the form of a large binder, e-mails and text messages. They, also, do a great job at returning phone calls made to the office. Dr. Dungy is personable and a pleasure to talk to. Most importantly, the surgery turned out very well and I am pain free. This is by far the best, most professional practice I have had the good fortune to interact with.

Dr Dungy was super nice, courteous and was never in a hurry. He always answered my questions!! Post surgery has gone well and after seven weeks able to walk without my cane!!!! Erin PA and Mellisa were always very helpful and supportive!!!!! Awesome team, many thanks on a job superbly done!!!
