I have been a loyal customer of this eye center for years and have always been satisfied with their excellent service—until now. I recently went in to get new glasses and was excited about my purchase. However, in my excitement, I left without confirming whether the transition lenses were included. Within minutes of leaving, I called the office to ensure this feature was added to my order. The front desk assured me that someone would call me back the next day before the order was submitted. Unfortunately, I never received a call. When I followed up, I discovered the order had already been submitted, and I was charged the full price for the transition lenses—despite my insurance covering a portion of the cost. As a result, I ended up paying double for my glasses due to their oversight. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The new person handling glasses orders does not perform their duties well, which has caused me significant dissatisfaction. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received this time and hope they address this issue for future customers.
