List of Dr. Radha G. Rishi's Reviews
We love Dr. Rishi and her PA Monica. They are so knowledgeable and absolutely great with kids. I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, We had a bad experience with the front desk and there seems to be a huge disconnect between the providers and staff in the office recently. I called to get a note about my child's emergency plan for school. We had been seen in the last year. I asked for a note to be faxed and was told it might not be possible but someone would call me. A week went by no one did. Meanwhile my kid is in school with no emergency plan in place, which felt really unsafe. I call back. I was told we were "overdue" for an office visit. That was not the case. We follow up yearly. Still, I agreed to schedule. On the day of our visit, I was called and asked to come in earlier than our appointment (which I had scheduled after school) to accommodate the provider's schedule. I ducked out of work and pulled my kid out of school. We come in to the office only to be told by the nurse we could have handled the whole thing over the phone without an office visit. I appreciated her offer of a note without paying for an office visit but we had already made the trip so we saw the provider. She ordered lab work. The office hasn't called with results or to schedule a follow up. I'm sad that dealing with the office has become such a hassle and that there seems to be so little respect for patient's time. We love Dr. Rishi and really trust her but we'll likely use our PCP from here on out to manage things.
She has a wonderful bedside manner and is naturally very good with children. I wish she could be our pediatrician. It's obvious the same person wrote the same 1 star review and posted it multiple times. All the previous reviews were 5 stars for a reason. You will be pleased. My daughters love her and actually look forward to their visits with her.
There is a reason Dr. Rishi was listed in the Phoenix Top Docs magazine for 2019 and 2020 (most recent). She was definitely well worth the wait. I am also glad I was tested by her. I had allergy testing from an ENT who missed several allergies. Dr. Rishi's testing was accurate. The reviewer below makes no sense. What doctor treats someone without diagnosing them first??? If you don't want Dr. Rishi or any allergist to treat you, then go to an urgent care. You see a specialist for their expertise. If you want to self diagnose, go to Walgreens and just purchase some allergy med and continue to play doctor. People these days are crazy!
Be WARNED: AZ Allergy and Associates REFUSED to treat my child because we wouldn't do allergy testing in their office even though I brought in our test results from another local allergy doctor (done less than a year ago). I also made it clear, when I made the appointment, that she was home briefly from school and just needed to be seen for treatment of her symptoms. The front office staff was rude, the check in assistant was rude, and the doctor got rude when I said I disagreed with her allergy testing policy and said we should have been told that before we came in. I have NEVER EVER been turned away by a doctor before. They also REFUSED to hand over the allergy test results we had faxed to their office saying it was a HIPAA violation to give it to us. I'll be reporting them to the AZ Medical Board for confiscating my records and NOT giving me to them as a real HIPAA violation! I've been to allergists my whole life and never experienced such blatant money gouging "policies"!

My 5 year old son has several severe allergies and a few sensitivity’s to different foods. We saw Radha Rishi because we moved to Mesa and she accepted our insurance. Sadly I regret going to her, i warn any one with young children to see someone else, she is not paying attention to detail. Severe allergies cause anaphylaxis! Allergy sensitivity's cause IBS, runny nose, Athsma, etc! Her assistant (Cna) gave my son an adult test 50 pokes, definitely a horrible experience for a young child, then proceed to read his allergy test herself a CNA AND GIVE ME THE WRONG RESULTS.. and was really rude when I asked her why the doctor wasn’t coming in. she defended herself saying she been doing this for years! (You read an allergy test by comparison between the size of the pin wheel, the size of the histamine versus the size of the allergy poke!) the CNA obviously oblivious shes giving people wrong info. Finally Radha comes in the room 40 min later.. completely defending her and her assistant mistake Wrongfully!! Allergies are serious situation and I am seriously afraid her and her assistant are giving a lot of people the wrong information! Also (why am I paying 200 plus dollars to have a Cna read my allergy test. when I explain I’m educated on the subject the doctor can’t even step up when she knows she wrong and fix it!!! Please protect your children find someone who pays more attention to detail and can admit her wrong doings or just do her job for that matter and read the text herself!!!!
Awesome office and doc. My daughter has been going there for 6 months now and we now know exactly what she's allergic to and have a plan in place to help her overcome many of her allergies. So far we've had nothing but good experiences with the docs and staff and have recommended this practice to our friends and family. Doctor Rishi and her hubby both work there and they are both phenomenal!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
