Dr. Ronald Jones's Online Review Report Card

I had the worst experience yesterday! They have treated me with extreme rudeness and unethical practice! Going there for 5 years with three kids, always thought that front office is rude but drs are good! However, they declined seeing my sick child with 103 high fever because I have a $60 balance in the account, which I needed to call because the billing department always mistaken my bills and I do have an employer reimbursement account with my insurance , that will pay toward my deductibles! however I did call the billing and there was no answer, and the rude front office lady came back after discussing that with the doctor and they said I have to pay before they see me! 5 years, and billing always charged me more and was supposed to refund me and did not! And then they decline my child for $60 dollars that if the billing answered me at that time they will find out that they are mistaken as always! I decided to not accept their act, I took my child to banner’s urgent care and they treated her in minutes! And I will never go back to this practice!

Love this place! I’ve taken my 7 year old here since she was a couple months as well as my 16 month old. Dr Jones is fantastic with them and he always answers all the questions and is super nice! He really does care!

Dr. Jones has been our pediatrician since my son was born, he's now 17 and I dread the day he's too old to go. The staff is always caring and whether he sees the doctor or the nurse practitioner they always listen to any concerns I have. You can't go wrong with this office!

Amazing service

First the positive…Dr. Jafri is an absolute gem. She is kind, understanding, answers all questions, and truly cares about her patients. We have also seen Dr. Jones and he is also wonderful. Jessica , the NP, also absolutely wonderful. The nurses are fine, I have no complaints. To be honest, The doctors are the only reason I return. The negative…anyone else I have encountered that works at this office is awful. The front desk woman Sally (I have never interacted with the other girl), is a miserable human being. She is always rude, cuts you off, and downright mean. I’ve watched her be rude to other parents as well. Also, the triage nurse is THE WORST. She always has a reason for why she didn’t call you back the same day, and when she does call you back, she never takes your concerns seriously. She tries to pawn off any triage care on anyone else she can. When I’m calling triage with a question about my child’s health, you don’t get to be dismissive. I want to stay but it’s getting bad.

I like the Dr, the staff is always busy, and not to friendly at times. The worst thing about this Dr office is THEY ARE ALWYS RUNNING LATE, Never on time and you ALWAYS wait at least 40mins past your appointment to be seen. So irritating, they also make you be on time, so you can’t just come 40 mins later if there that far behind. 😑

I have had a great experience with all the providers at this office. I have to agree with all the reviews that describe the rude staff upfront. They are rude most of the time and I have never seen them smile nor show any empathy. Very unpleasant on the phone and in person. I have taken my son there for six years and it's still the same front office staff (at least one of them has been there since 6 years ago). Seriously, they need to change their attitude or leave.

Amazing dr! My daughters have seen him for years and always super calm and supportive! Love him!!
