I drove from San tan Valley for a 12:30 pm appointment. I arrived at 12:15 pm so I could get paperwork done before my appointment per their request. At 12:45 pm I still was not being seen so I asked the front desk how long it would be. She said the doctor just started another appointment and there was another person before me. So I said "so an hour behind schedule"? And she said yes I guess so. She asked if I wanted to reschedule after I had driven over 40 minutes to get there. I refused. I will never use this business again. They run over one hour behind schedule. No thanks!

I had a mishap last year here at Eye Care Professionals. This year, with VSP insurance, I went back. My first pair of glasses was with all the bells and whistles, and I used a set of old frames for $274. I went back and they told me my would be ready in a week. I picked them up (and yes, with old frames). The bill was $450. Really? I will never use these crooks again. I am so mad! Stick it where the sun doesn't shine. I will be sure not to come back and be sure to tell everyone that I know. Shame on you. Squeezing seniors!!

Pros: Great selection of glasses. Staff is typically very easy to work with and extremely personable. Great warranties. Cons: Their follow-up is terrible. I've gone here for years and not once have they ever called to tell me my glasses have arrived. It's always me calling in and them saying, "Oh, they just came in".

Great staff who is always trained on latest optical technologies and very friendly and caring. Been going to Eye Care Professionals for 20 years and will continue going another 20 years because I completely trust them with my eye care.

Dr. Joe Reitano would be successful in any medical field because he is an excellent communicator and passionate about what he does. He is extremely knowledgable in the field of Ophthalmology (and general anatomy/biology) as well as uniquely proficient in patient care and customer service. His Team exudes the same level of professionalism and exemplary service. The young lady (didn't catch name) that did my eye exam was very professional, kind and patient. Jill assisted me with my new lenses and prescription sunglasses and made the experience very positive. She was also kind enough to fix my old frames that I wanted to keep. It was just a very enjoyable experience and the care they provide is a great value. I will recommend this Optometry Practice to everyone I know and I am confident their experience will be just as exceptional as mine was.

I recommend to all ages and first time patients needing help with their vision. The doctor and staff were friendly, informative, and had great recommendations on frames and eye care.

Great facility, professional staff. I've been a patient off and on for 20 years. I highly recommend.

I ordered a pair of glasses with glare resistant coating, paid 60.00 extra. The glasses came in with no apparent coating, no anti glare. I took them back and they said they would send them back but " it probably won't help ". I said send them back any way. They came back in and indeed they were no better. I asked about getting my 60 back, since I did NOT get what was promised and paid for. No help " We have already tried to help you. " So I said I'll not come back.

The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and profesional with a strong sense of customer service. Definitely coming back.
