The appointment was very rushed and I was on time. I was feeling very anxious and uncomfortable the entire time and Dr. Bal did not seem to care. The main and biggest concerns were never addressed. I did bring them up, but she would not discuss them. I just felt unheard. I am now looking for a new doctor. The front desk was so friendly, but her assistant (Nicole) was rather abrupt and cold as well. Just an overall awful experience.

The visit was awful. The main issue was never addressed and the whole appointment was rushed. The bedside manners seem to be lacking. I felt extremely uncomfortable and I felt the entire appointment was a waste of time. I am now on the hunt for a new doctor.

Doc Bal is the best. Intuitive, listens and responds with total engagement. And her M.A. is so personable. I always look forward to visiting their office.
