I spoke with lily at the front desk who guaranteed me over the phone that thermage would work for me after seeing pictures and a recommendation by the nurse there. She also told me the procedure did not hurt at all. I was in tears from the pain of the procedure and I’m now thoroughly disappointed and angry because I’ve wasted money on something that did not work at all and stuck paying $200 a month for the next year for absolutely nothing. 6 months later and the results look the same as the before pictures. So so so unhappy with Lily and LaserAway.

Extremely happy with all my results. Every time I come to my appointment I am always greeted with such kindness and grace. My results are nothing short of fabulous! Still so happy with my decision to do this for myself. Thank you Janna for helping me along the way!

Ciera is amazing with her Xeomin and Botox services! Not only does she do an AMAZING job (my results are always on point!) she also has an uplifting attitude and makes me feel extremely comfortable! Also, I love Janna! She is the absolute sweetest, such a beautiful energy and so accommodating, making me feel so welcomed!

My treatments did not work how I expected. They do say results may very but I got 10+ laser hair removal sessions that I stuck to religiously and followed all the after care for and finished those in January last year. They said you should only need touch ups every few years but all of my hair is back and when I reached out about getting my money back because I was still paying it off they could only offer more sessions which are painful and don't work and you can't go in the sun so I didn't want those. $4,000 wasted unfortunately don't get scammed. Should I post pictures of my hairy armpits?

My time and experience have been nothing but amazing! Every person has been so nice to me and made me feel like their only customer. Girls up front are very bubbly and nice and the last couple of nurses I have had are great. My treatments have been great, and I am seeing results. Every time I have a question, I don't feel like I am a bother. I've gone to a couple other clinics too when I am out of town, and it makes everything I do and get here easy to do and maintain. Very happy!

My girl bought me a package here because she told me shes tired of my back hair. Since I want to keep her around, I made my appointment. I figured anything was better than waxing and that is painful as hell. The nurse did my shoulders arms and back. Wasnt as bad as I thought. They have a pretty cool air system that I really didnt feel much if anything at all. I figured if my girlfriend goes here, it must be good because she's very critical and picky. I think so far this place is good. The nice lady up at the front named Janna made my next appointment so I guess I will be back. So far so good. I can see there isn't as much coming back so it works. It's definitely better than what I was doing before.

I had my first laser hair removal session and I cant believe how easy it was! I was so scared for no reason at all. My nurse as Jill and she was so patient with me and answered my 1000 questions. I felt so comfortable, not judged and ease. Janna was wonderful when she set me up with my package and made sure I was set up with everything I wanted. Clinic is so pretty, and the vibe is great. Good music in the background too. I am so excited for more treatments as I already can see a difference. Who knew?! I am just mad I waited so long!

I did my research before finally deciding on this company. I have a tattoo that I have been trying to get rid of for quite a while now. I decided to make a consultation and ask some questions. The receptionist I spoke to was very informative and made it sound like a relatively easy process. I will say it hurts, but well worth it. I already see a fading and although I know it will take a while, I see a difference and thats what i wanted. The ladies up front made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office was clean, and everyone was very professional. The whole staff there from the moment you walked into the nurse who did my tattoo were wonderful.

I was referred here to Laser Away by a friend. I have been looking for a place where I can feel comfortable and who are just nice. I will say from the moment I walked in everyone was so accomadating and really helpful. I called prior to coming in and signing up. I first spoke to Janna. She was so nice, listening to my needs and I didnt feel rushed or pressured. I have already done my firt session and I am so surpirsed! I see a difference and I already feel better. I signed up for a few facials too and if I can look like any of them than I'll be happy. I can honestly say I am happy this far with everything and can't wait for more!
