My husband is under Dr. Patino's care. When I contact them by email and phone regarding my husban's behaviour I NEVER! got a response nor a call back. I Send several emails made numerous calls unsucessfuly. Months passed and no one cared about calling back.

Patino does not communicate with parents. Upon multiple requests, I was able to speak to his PA, which is completely unacceptable. Poor quality of care. Insurance dictated this treatment, so we were stuck. We were fortunately able to move into the private system where I am actually able to speak with the physician.

I've been seeing Dr Patino for over 20 years and have never had a complaint about him. While recently much better, I have had occasional trouble with his office staff.

I enjoyed coming to this office for many years and was well taken care of, however, this office has changed the way it is run the last couple years and patient care has suffered. They no longer answer the phone, scheduling changes are a hassle, issues regarding percriptions are a nightmare to resolve, and call backs are never in a timely manner. I would rate zero stars if possible.

Dr. Patino is great. He makes the patient a priority in his practice and even stays late seeing to accommodate the need of a patient who works full-time.

Horrible . Dx me with somatic disorder and no thanks to him , found out I had MS. I also don’t Like how he acts like his time is so important ...um his time is not any more important than mine !

So very grateful to have found Dr. Patino! He gave my little boy a very thorough and lengthy evaluation and proper diagnosis; something that had been missing with many other pediatric psychiatrists. He's genuinely caring of my son, and is very kind and gentle with him. I would've given 5 stars, but was disappointed at the great length of time before I can get my son in for a needed medication follow up appointment. Other than that, the entire staff is great.

Wrong diagnosis for our teenager son, terrible service, we saw that he cares about money not the patient as a human being, and his staff is the same. We ended visiting another great doctors out of State, save yourself disappointment and money. Sad seeing people using the title of “doctor”, I know the difference because my father is a doctor and many other relatives, I will not even giving 1 start.
