I made an appt. For 2 pm , got there at 1:45 and was told there is 1 1/2 hour wait . You should take people with appts first instead of walk ins

The wait was long. But it was at no fault to the staff. Everyone was professional and forthcoming with time expectations. I waited in my car... got a smoothie next door and listened to music. When it was my turn, triage was quick. The provider was quick and I was on my way quick!Thank you to the whole staff for being there being professional and friendly through this time. You’re so appreciated

Made appointment via online and was checked in and seen at the appt time set using the app. Doctor was very thorough with examination and listened to all my concerns. Prescription called in immediately and was ready for pick up immediately as well. Top notch!

Terrible experience. Long wait unfriendly staff who clearly don't like people or their job. PA was most helpful and friendly person on-site.

Once I enrolled, I was able to go home and wait. When they texted me, I waited in the lobby about 15 min mote. Took PCR test, the staff & MP was efficient.

The provider Kelly was amazing! We are here on vacation from out of state and were nervous bringing our 4 year old in to just any urgent med… so glad we came here and saw Kelly and also the nurse on with her were both so awesome! Down to earth and eased our anxiousness with our little guy and assured us we are doing everything correct. She was awesome! Glad we were able to see her this evening!
