Horrible experience. I think this man should retire. 2 appointments and both horrible. Does not explain thoroughly had to catch him in between patients for answers to questions I still had .left the room said he would be back never came back sent his assistant . His office in general so unorganized they do not return messages they have no idea what's going on with patients MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A MEDICAL PEOVIDER.FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER

I don't understand the negative reviews on Dr Morales. I've used him for two shoulder surgeries and for follow up cortisone shots and have never had any complaints. Dr Morales did an excellent job with my surgeries, had great bedside manner, and patiently answered all of my questions in depth. I find him to be a kind, compassionate physician. My only complaint has nothing to do with Dr Morales; sometimes you have to wait to be seen, but they're a busy practice.

He twisted my knee and made the pain worse. Doesn’t explain ANYTHING!! The wait is HORRENDOUS!!

Wait time is about 2 to 3 hours. most arrogant doctor I have ever encountered. DO NOT ask any questions because he cant be bothered. If you cant use his equipment he isn't going to do it(x-ray or Ct scan. All about money. If you want to be treated badly he is your doctor.

My husband went to Dr. Morales after being referred for a knee problem. Dr. Morales put my husband through a great deal of pain while twisting and poking his knee. After taking an xray, he stated that he needed an MRI., then left the room without another word and never gave him an idea of what to do about the pain. Dr Morales was vas very rude and abrupt . We are now switching drs to see if he can get some relief. Do not waste your time or co-pay.

Worst doctor I have ever encountered. I can't speak to his knowledge since he didn't tell me anything. 5 appointments including xray and an expensive MRI. Never showed me or explained the MRI results. Makes you wait forever then refuses to tell you anything. Arrogant or ignorant, not sure which.

Assembly line doctor. There is no doctor/patient relationship. Does not have time to explain any procedures to you before operation. Does not allow his nurse to answer questions. Abrupt and rude.

After 90 minute wait, seen by PA with no explanation as to why Dr. Morales was not available for my appointment with him. No option presented as to whether or not I wished to be seen or treated by a PA vs. the Dr. with whom I had the appointment. Given cortisone injection with no explanation as to why it was prescribed, possible side effects or allergic reaction. PA did not wash hands or wear gloves when administering the injection. PA could not answer questions regarding patient problems-reasons for the visit. Long term problems not addressed. Got 5 minutes with the PA.

Although I had to wait a little while, the doctor and staff were very caring. I had a serious shoulder problem and didn't know where else to turn. My shoulder feels great after treatment and I am so very thankful to him.
