I was very impressed with with the waiting time and how quickly the procedure took.

Awesome staff from front desk to all the techs, super kind and helpful!!

First, they entered an address on file for me that I never gave or ever lived. Due to this, I never received a bill. This is now the 3rd adjustment being made to my account leaving a balance after I paid off the balance the rep assured me was the correct amount due. You all need to take several math courses.Edit: Escalation rep on the phone stated they never received my last payment. But the payment is posted to my credit card. She also told me about the last payment that was applied to my account that I never made. lol. Not going to waste anymore time here. I just filed a credit card fraud claim with Goldman Sachs. Sure you all will figure it out then.If you get a referral here, request to go somewhere else.

My feedback is not positive! Where do start? I could not check in online so I go early to check in and no front desk person was there at 7:45 am to check me and the two other ladies in the waiting room in. Eventually, the receptionist walks in on her phone right at 8am. I was not able to get my mammogram done due to orders even though it took me 2 trys to schedule this first one yesterday because of the orders. I wish someone would have relayed this to me sooner and let me know before I went down there yesterday morning for my appointment instead of now having to reschedule me!

Walked in for general x-ray, registered sat for about 10 minutes had xray, was done in no time ,very Happy compared to years back..

Very bad service they canceled my mom's mammo appt without telling us or leaving vM. And when we got there they told us it's canceled and it's not their business but handled by third party and they cannot do anything about it. They did not have supervisor, the reason was cOvid and then a lady appeared from back and resolved half of the issue . Their service was poor and they are clearly lying about not having a supervisor. I am not going back to this facility. They said they had wrong phone number then how was I getting messages to finish paper work and checkin online...

The staff were not friendly at all. And once I got back to take my xray, the lady who was doing the xrays was like on a power trip and draconian by asking me to adjust my mask as it was not sitting up over my nose. So afraid of this COVID that she has had to become like this. So messed up.

The year is 2021 - and in this dystopian future, Simonmed is incapable of making appointments for an x-ray. You must stand there for hours and wait in queue.

The Front office staff is not friendly or welcoming at all... I walked in and the woman at the front desk (wearing leggings and a dumpy sweatshirt, looked like she just woke up, messy hair, looked like she didn't want to be there) Didn't say "hello" or "how can I help you?".... She just stared at me until I said "Hi.... I'm here for an appointment ". She was rude during the entire check in process. Then the first medical assistant (short woman with pulled back dark hair) that took me back was just as pleasant... she seemed like she didn't enjoy her job just like the front desk person... not welcoming or friendly either... very monotone and cold, rushed through her scripted questions. Luckily, the second medical assistant in the back was very nice and reassuring (taller woman with long straight blonde hair)... she actually seemed like she cared about her patients and wanted to make sure they were comfortable, etc. She was the only nice and caring person there, which I appreciated, and she is the only reason I am giving a 3 star review.
