List of Simonmed Imaging - Sun Lakes's Reviews
Friendly desk staff professional. X-ray tech was professional and friendly. Short wait.
They ste very professionals at thete jobs I was very pleased 😀
I was a walk in and I waiting 31/2 hours before been called, Why have walk in only to have very unhappy patients. It should be appointments only.
Staff was unfriendly, act as if they didn’t want to be there, and we’re almost downright rude from the front desk to the technologist who performed my exam. I do not appreciate being asked to change in a room without privacy. I am new to the valley and I know I do have choices as to where I will receive my imaging. I will not be back to a Simon med facility. I have been a radiologic technologist for 50+ years and I am still working part time in the field. I am very disappointed there are people in my profession who do not have the compassion and passion for their work.I do not need to see much more
Arrived at 7:45am for wrist X-ray waited over an hour to be called to back office. Front office did good job but techs came out for water, coffee, but not patients. Only 1 patients taken back between 8am and 9am. I know there is always one more reason things don’t work properly, especially nowadays, but this is a problem if patients have other appointments. I spoke with front desk person on my way out requesting the position of the the girl who I felt was rude and disrespectful to me. I was not allowed the information, but I know her name is Marcy. I am a patient at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and would never be treated rudely or disrespected. SimonMed needs some lessons.
The desk assistant with the white fur coat was rude and frustrating to deal with. I got called by Simon Med to book an appt weeks in advance. But that didn’t matter when I got there because it was a first come, first serve basis. My wait was 100 minutes because of this.I wasn’t the only one annoyed by this because multiple people were frustrated. What a terribly run business and thankfully, I know now to never use Simon Med again.Kyle - who worked in the back, was EXTREMELY nice and super cool. He was the only reason my review gets 2 stars.
Didn’t verify insurance coverage correct, tried to get $453.72 copay instead of the $150.00. Over book the appointments and waited over an hour after said appointment time. At least the lady doing the MRI was nice.
I had visited the day before and was told there was along wait so I returned on the 26th and waited almost 4 hours. The receptionist was extremely irritated and treated people very disrespectfully. Two people just wanted a copy of their report from a few days before and were told in no uncertain terms that she was too busy to do that and told them to come back the next day. I would love to see my report but would not dare upset her. She refused to tell a lady her name so she was a rude non-person. Manners has gone to hell in the medical profession and I would remind you that you are dealing with people who are not feeling their best and they should have understanding and compassion. I will relay this to my doctor and maybe he can send me to a place that cares.
Short wait time scan tech was friendly and efficient
Got an appointment the very next day. In and out with half an hour! Very nice staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
