Don't go to Simon imaging !!I took time off today to go to my scheduled appointment with simon medical. I get there and they inform me they can't perform the imaging due to an insurance hang up. A text or phone call ahead of time would have been nice you jerks !!

I do not remember my ultrasound tech’s name, but she was wonderful. So relaxing and calm. She kept me informed about each change she was making and was gentle when she had to apply pressure. It was such a zen experience I wanted to hug her. AT AN ULTRASOUND. Can’t say that for most doctor appointments but thank you _______ for wonderful service. (She said she’s been doing it for 21 years and loves it, and you can tell she does)

I just had a 3 part MRI. The staff was great from the receptionist to the MRI tech. Everyone was kind and attentive.

Amazing experience. Staff was kind and helpful. I was checked in and taken care of very quickly.UNLIKE the SimonMed at Riggs road. ( this is my second bad experience there)I arrived at 3:40pm ( site closes at 4:30)I stood in line and waited to be checked in for 25 minutes. At 4:05 pm I finally was greeted. I was then told the patient before me was the last xray if the day. That “My tech is off at 4:30 and he will not stay any later “I understand that there are schedules.( I also work in healthcare) and this would not have been a problem if the receptionist could have just told me and the 4 people behind me when we came In That they were booked for the day .Then we could have had time to go to a different site before they closed. I was very lucky to make it to the Chandler office before closing and they took care of me right away.

Very clean and well organized. I was welcomed with a smile and how can I help you in a very pleasant voice. Everyone was so nice, upbeat and yet also so very caring. Thank you to all the ladies that helped me. Even in the pain I was in, they all made it seem less painful.
