I have used Dr Powell for more years than can count....let's just say before he moved to location at now ( was on Kyrene rd/Ray). I can only say he has been great for my whole family. My daughter had seen three different doctors with as many glasses. He was able to finally get her prescription right and not have telephone poles laying down. Any problem we have had over the years he has worked with us to correct the problems. I have found him easy going and interested in any questions. Even worked well with autistic tactical defensive (not liking to be touched) daughter. Not every doctor has that ability. I thoroughly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Powell for almost 10 years. He is very thorough, kind and considerate. His office staff is great. I had tried others a little closer to me, that had great reviews and big ads, but was very dissapointed on many aspects of the experience. Never had an issue of any kind with Dr. Powell, at Ocotillo Eyecare. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

In and out in two minutes, Dr. Powell was nice but rushed and not accessible. The worse part of this office is the staff. The optician made a big mistake with my prescription and just tried to laugh it off. No apology, no accommodation, just laughed and walked away. We are still shocked that they would do such a terrible thing. But, you better believe, we're letting "everyone" know about it. Our family found a much more professional office that cares. We had been going to Ocotillo Eyecare for several years. We always paid our bills on time and we were always pleasant. These inept people don't deserve to be in business in Arizona.

Dr. Timothy C. Powell, Ocotillo Eyecare, Chandler, AZ, nearly ruined my eyes. He gave me the wrong prescription. This was confirmed by a different optometrist. I only have two eyes and I'm not very happy about the inept actions of Dr. Powell.

As confirmed by a different optometrist, Dr. Powell gave me the wrong eyeglass prescription. I only found this out of course, after, I spent $600 on new glasses. I only have two eyes and Dr. Timothy C. Powell, Ocotillo Eyecare P.c. of Chandler Arizona tried to ruin them. Go ahead and take your chances on this inept person!
