I can't say enough great things about my experience at Wagner Eye Associates! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the entire staff. Christian, Debbie, and Cynthia were incredibly accommodating and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Dr. Nix is a true gem! Her knowledge and expertise in eye care are evident from the moment she starts her examination. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I understood my vision needs and options. I was thoroughly impressed with how efficient and thorough she is--definitely a doctor who cares about her patients! The entire team is not only professional but also super friendly and patient. They made my visit enjoyable--not something you usually hear when it comes to eye exams! I left feeling well taken care of and confident in my eye health. If you're looking for a place that combines exceptional care with a fun and inviting atmosphere that will work for an entire family, I 10/10 recommend Wagner Eye Associates. I lost much of my vision in one eye because Dr. Wagner does not dilate eyes to check for issues. For two years I described new vision problems I was having to Dr Wagner. He said it didn't sound like anything he was familiar with. I also told him that another optometrist saw swelling in the back of one eye after she dilated it. He said he didn't see swelling or anything else wrong. He never dilated my eyes to look. He said it wasn't necessary because he uses a machine to take a picture, without dilation. Three eye surgeries later, my vision is still greatly reduced. An Opthomologist immediately saw that I had a torn retina and performed emergency surgery to prevent blindness (after she dilated my eyes to look.). I am leaving this review in hopes of saving others from having severe vision loss.

I have been using Wagner EyeCare Associates since moving to Arizona. I have been very pleased with their service and their facilities. They continue to upgrade their equipment and their staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. They also accept my insurance so my new glasses (with all the bells and whistles) did not cost me any additional money. A very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Wagner EyeCare Associates!!!!

Dr. Nix is exacting, professional and personable. The wait was negligible for my appointment. She carefully explained my options and gave me a new prescription. This was my second annual visit with this Dr. and I was completely satisfied with my care

My appointment was on time, preliminary tests were handled professionally. Dr. Nix spend time on my appointment making adjustments as needed. We discussed her findings and made a plan for future appointments.

Just had my first visit with Dr Nix. She is super patient all the questions I had about the screening photo and various types of contact lenses. She explained everything in details. I really appreciate that. Additionally, the staff here are kind too. I did not wait before I was seen and they walked me through the various exams clearly. The process of placing order for my contact lenses was smooth too. I can clearly see the breakdown of payment due. I know I will come back for future eye care appointments for sure.

We’ve been coming here since my daughter was 8 months old. Dr Wagner is so gentle and patient. The staff is stellar!! Highly recommend them for your eye care!
